This is the most beautiful place to stay in Picton. Food at Delphine is exquisite, our room was a wonderful sanctuary after a day of out and about exploring , and loved the balcony looking out onto the harbour. Comfortable balcony chairs. Beautiful boutique hotel ! Rear rooms at back of the hotel , you could drive right up to the door. Super convenient. Indoor pool with loungers just outside on the patio , excellent gym with everything you would want … machines, free weights, classes for a fee. Very cool yet classy vibe.

We celebrated our anniversary here and the resort was kind to provide us with an upgrade and Champaign. We had a truly memorable time and the Claramount Team had a lot to do with that.

The property was beautifully maintained and very nicely decorated. I had dinner at Delphine which was wonderful. I enjoyed reading on the loungers overlooking the water and walking into town along the boardwalk. Overall it was a great stay!

The property was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the pictures online painted a different picture for where the rooms were located on the property. The rooms were beautiful but they were located off the main property which we weren’t aware of. Also the main restaurant was closed during our stay, which we weren’t informed of and that was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at the property.

Loved the location, style and friendliness of the staff. Very helpful, accommodation and easy to communicate with. Only one little note which I don’t like to mention helpful hints. we had a great time. Definitely make sure you have time to use up the amazing amenities. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the lobby cafe. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. I bit quieter when we were there if you're looking for a lively crowd or space this might not be for you. Room was beautiful and super cozy and dark for a good sleep. Harbour view was okay from our room, I wouldn't pay extra for it. All views seem nice. Overall, amazing 10/10.

Overall, our stay was okay, but I would not rank it above the Drake or the Royal. We paid for a cot, and while it was set up when we arrived, we were disgusted to find that it consisted of a thin mattress placed directly on the floor beside the patio where there was a significant number of bugs. At the very least, the cot should have been up on an elevated frame. The room itself was also far more basic than I expected—just the bare essentials. We had booked a Harbourfront room, and after several messages back and forth with the property, we were assured that our rooms would be side by side. Instead, they were located at opposite ends of the “Bunkie” building, which was disappointing. The Harbourfront rooms also felt more like motel-style accommodations built on a raised deck than part of a boutique hotel experience. You can tell the hotel is making an effort, but the restaurant was unexpectedly closed—something we had not been informed about—and the overall experience lacked the thoughtful touches we appreciated at both the Drake and the Royal. As a result, the stay fell far short of our expectations. One improvement I would strongly recommend is reconsidering the exterior lighting. With bright coach lights mounted above each room entrance. These lights attract a large number of bugs, and as soon as you open the door, they swarm into the room. This made arriving and entering our room quite unpleasant. I would not recommend the Harbourfront rooms.

Staff were amazing! Nice facilities. AC went out one night and had to wait for next day to be fixed but understandable during busy season and staff were apologetic. Lots of kids in the summer.
