It is such a convenient walk to all the top attractions. It is just a short walk to Clifton Hill and yet is not a crowded area immediately around the hotel. After checkout you can leave your car parked in their lot for 4 more hours.

What I liked about this hotel is.... IT'S RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from Casino Niagara!!!
Breakfast included is nice (basic food)
Problem...no good TV in the room.

The inside foyer area is so unique, we loved the open concept. you dont see that very often. however i dont think our room was thoroughly cleaned.
there was a huge wet spot on the floor which wasnt noticeable until i sat on the floor and my pants were soaked, unsure what that was. additionally, under the chair was dirty socks... which tells me the floor isnt cleaned properly..... so a little gross to be honest. but my husband and i said based on the price and walking distance to everything we would stay again.

Paid the extra for a room with a king size bed and with a jet hot tub in the room, for my son and his fiancés birthday. They get there and there is no rooms available with a jet hot tub. So they gave them a family suite, with two queen size beds. They didn’t need a suite, they needed a king size bed as they are both over 6 feet tall. They couldn’t accommodate them. Then the toilet didn’t work in the room they were given. I called and nothing they could do, left a voicemail for the manager and haven’t heard back. So I called Expedia and they sent a request for a compensation return, still waiting for response on that

Our room was musty and damp. We had a jacuzzi room and the tub was gross and dirty. The carpet had huge stains and burn holes. We stayed the night and left to a much nicer hotel for less money.
