Amazing 10/10 recommend

There was only a ground floor room available, the desk agent said come back in an hour, I returned another desk agent said the same thing. I explained I already waited an hour, by now it’s 2:30… on a weekday…a large hotel and no rooms are ready at check in time…

Great hotel, staff and location for my overnight stay prior to my flight. Rooms were a great size, clean, full of everything you will need. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially given the fact I forgot to pack toothpaste, they saved me. I will stay again. Only negative, ended up getting Lyft to airport as shuttle was running a bit behind and lots of guests waiting, but it all worked out best for me. Loved the fact it is an Eco-friendly hotel. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel,only one entrance to the hotel so had to walk far from parking area to get into hotel.

The rooms were clean. Front desk staff is so kind. We were going to be late for our flight and a front desk worker showed us a quick way to the airport. We appreciate you!

This will be a 2 part review. Stayed Friday to Tuesday. Checked in, well tried to on Friday night. Had booked a 2 queen room. Showed up to the check out desk at midnight The staff said they didn't have a 2 queen room and the hotel was fully booked. What is the purpose of making a reservation if it's not honoured? So a second staff member comes to help out and same thing. We have rooms. Then they go in the back and do some things on the computer Who I'm assuming was the night manager says it's all fixed now. They then say they have a 1 king suite for me. I don't want a one king suite. I want a 2 queen room like I booked. So they go back in the back room and move some things around and they found a 2 queen room. Room 153.

Delicious breakfast included, with a staff member there to prepare you fresh scrambled eggs with tomato, spinach, etc. Room was very spacious and nice, gym had lots of equipment, pool and hot tub were nice. It’s a 10 minute walk (on sidewalks) to terminal 3.

We had a bad experience with being billed for things that we weren’t supposed to get billed for, the electrical in our room could potentially cause a fire, there was no shuttle every 30min during the day usually (in the morning for our flight home it was there) make sure you go to the right breakfast room because there’s 2 and they don’t tell you that and they will charge you ($60 for 2 breakfast)! (it was supposed to come with free breakfast). Staff didn’t really acknowledge you at all unless you were checking in or buying food, not all but most; Hotel was quiet though and no one bothered with you at all; it was comfy and you can walk over to the airport to get on the UP train and it brought you right into town!

Very clean and nice communication good

I booked to rooms because there were 5 of us. Both rooms had king beds in them and they said they were booked to move us to a room with 2 beds. My son had to sleep on the chair. Breakfast was cold and terrible.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Fitnessraum war ebenfalls ordentlich ausgestattet für ein Hotel. Das Frühstück, insbesondere das frisch gemachte Omelette an einem der Tage war ganz klasse. Man hört natürlich die Flugzeuge, das ist aber bei einem Flughafenhotel nicht anders zu erwarten.

周辺には、スーパーやコンビニなど食料を買える施設はありません。車が無ければ遊びに行かれて買って帰ることをお勧めします。 部屋の空調をOFFにしても、冷暖房の空調は止まりますが、換気の空調は止めることが出来ませんでした。夜中うるさくて睡眠の妨げとなると共に風が強すぎて寒いぐらいでした。 全館換気で止めようが無いでしょうが、改善する余地はあると思いました。

Room was well spacious and tidy. Staff wete very helpful. Not much choice for breakfast though. Otherwise my stay was relaxing

Excellent property. Very modern, clean and spacious rooms. Staff provided high quality customer service. Really nice little gym and pool. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again.
