Well we stayed in a room on the 15th floor and above us was a generator of some sort or something that was making a lot of noise we couldn’t sleep at night but besides that it was clean that’s all I can say

Stayed many times. They can NEVER find a res not made directly with them until guest shows proof. Like many Hilton’s one sport channel in room trying to push guests towards bR, which has games on. This is a consistent issue at this hotel. There are positives. Incredible gym access. VG steak rest next door. Lots of parking.

This time, we didn't have any fun. The pool was closed, but this wasn't mentioned at the time of the reservation. There was an unnecessary line-up to check in or if you needed to ask a question. They didn't have body lotion filled for both days, and the cleaning staff wasn't paying attention And since when has parking been managed by a third party?

I purchased a double rooms bed, and before booking I called and spoke with two different representatives to confirm it was indeed a double room. However, when I arrived, I was told it was not, and instead I was given a double queen room. Additionally, the shower drain was very slow, I had to pay extra for parking, and there wasn’t even complimentary coffee in the morning.
