We loved the handy location of this property, close to Metro, dining and bar options. Balcony room was very spacious and quiet (with the shutters closed), despite the busy bars below during Canadiens game nights! No earplugs needed.
Older property with stair access only, but we didn’t mind the exercise to reach our top-floor suite - to offset all the amazing Montreal food!
Access was simple with door code. Very clear communications.
Loved the snack station and coffee/tea facilities, which made for easy starts to the morning. Kept well-stocked.

Très belle chambre avec du cachet (mur de brique, volets en bois naturel aux fenêtres). Propre, bien aménagé et entretenu. Literie confortable. Tranquille (côté cours) même si c’est situé au cœur de l’action en plein dans le Quartier Latin… tout se fait à pied… café, resto, terrasses, bar, bistro… À quelques pas de la station d’autobus centrale.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The staff were supremely responsive — special requests were accommodated and questions were answered within minutes.
The self check-in process was a breeze.
Complimentary ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t need them. Noise was not an issue whatsoever, and we were in the room closest to street level.
We’ve stayed in many places in MTL over the years, and this has been our favourite!

Hard to comment on this property as we did not stay. In our brief time in the room it looked clean and well maintained. Our main problem was the surrounding area. There was a lot of construction and homeless people camped on the street. We cancelled when we arrived and saw the place. They would not give us any refund at all. We were willing to pay for the first night but thought it would be reasonable to get a refund for the second. No such luck. I think this hotel would be okay as a long as you are comfortable in a sketchy area.

Ideal location if you enjoy going out to eat, setting your sights on museums and walking around the city. Very well maintained rooms, comfortable bed, excellent shower. A perfect getaway spot!

The room as clean and it was an easy process to check in/out. It is centrally located with lots to within walking distance, but also close to the Metro should you wish to venture further. Would highly recommend.
