We stayed at this hotel back in 2021 and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to return—and we’re so glad we did. To our delight, the same gentleman was at the front desk to greet us, and he was just as kind and accommodating as we remembered. Check-in was quick and seamless, making us feel welcome right away.
The hotel remains as quiet and clean as it was on our first visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—convenient to everything we needed.
Overall, this hotel continues to exceed our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Elegant and quiet. The restaurant downstairs was lovely. The room lacked cleanliness in some areas and a coffee set up but was pretty well equipped overall. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Rooms abit small however beautiful bathroom and shower. The sheets and pillows were to die for. Best sleep ever memory foam pillows. Nice happy hour from 5-6 daily.

I had a fantastic stay. Everything was superb from the cleanliness of the room to the service from the staff. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were very nice. Convenient location in the city, very walkable. I would recommend staying here to a friend or anyone visiting Toronto.
