Fantastic location. Comfortable room with charm combined with modern amenities. I only wish they had a sit down breakfast. There was a cafe counter with limited choices. They did have a 15% discount for those in the hotel. My room had a kitchen and microwave as well as a coffeemaker which helped as old city Quebec restaurants are a bit expensive.

Only negative was barn door on the bathroom that did not fit allowing no
privacy and not great sound proofing from above.
The decor in the room was great and the doors on the closet and entry were lovely.

The location is perfectly set in Old Quebec city.
Do not let the unassuming exterior fool you. The rooms are magnificent. A cross between old stone walls and modern features make for a wonderful experience. We stayed in the very bottom floor, and loved it. Our room was huge.
Everything was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The staff at the checkin desk are all bilingual.
We felt the price for the level of accommodation and location, at the beginning of tourist season, was excellent.
The only negatives were not enough hooks for towels and 1 ply toilet paper, which frankly are hardly worth noting.

Very spacious, amenities are basic - no streaming app on tv, toilet paper and facial tissue is very thin. Good a/c. Room is modern. Very close to a lot of touristy spots. The front receptionist are friendly and nice. They even booked taxi for us. Will definitely recommend.

I had 2 complaints but as we were leaving, management approached us to ask about our stay and if we thought of anything that needed improvement. She addressed both of my concerns. One she had noticed herself, the other she promised to fix. Neither was a reason for us not to stay here again, so I won’t mention them in my review. But her approaching us definitely left a positive impression.

Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Location is very close to grocery for pantry items. Convenient walk to most of Old Quebec City. Clean and quiet rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would absolutely stay again.

Location, location!! Everything in walking distance. You have to pay for parking just outside old Quebec.
The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Had a mini fridge, hot plate and toaster.
