The staff was pleasant and patient with us ( we speak English only). Though dated the property is well kept and clean. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the pool area/restaurant terrace are decorated very nicely.

Nous avons du canceller notre deuxième nuit parce que nous avons passer notre première nuit tout seul dans l’hôtel sans surveillance et les portes étaient débarrés. Chambre manque beaucoup d’amour. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Unfortunately, the experience was far less than the online presentation had led us to expect. The photos and the rating on Hôtel.com suggested a comfortable establishment, but the reality was quite different: plastic glasses and cardboard coffee cups in the room, no microwave available, a barely functional mini-fridge, neon lights in the bathroom, little storage space. The level of comfort was clearly insufficient for the price paid. The toaster was not accessible in the morning, as it was located in the closed kitchen.
I consider this presentation to be misleading and feel that compensation would be justified.

Hôtel propre, lit confortable, mais chambre petite avec une toute petite tv avec une qualité d'image pas très bonne...
Et comme j'avais réservé avec Expedia leur système informatique ne pouvait me fournir le reçu pour mon employeur.

Séjour de 2 nuits, avec l'objectif de faire des randonnées dans les environs. Les chambres ne sont pas en bon état : presque tous les meubles sont abîmés, le ventilateur de la salle de bain fait un vacarme, les matelas sont durs. Cet hôtel n'a aucun charme ni cachet. Son restaurant Ô Manoir est l'un des pires endroits où nous avons mangé : les plats n'ont pas de goût (on a pris le menu Saint-Valentin mais la poutine aurait peut-être été meilleure), les bières de microbrasserie en fût ont un goût de moisi et le service est mauvais (presque 2 heures pour avoir notre plat principal). Seuls points positifs : les jeunes filles à la réception et les serveuses au resto sont souriantes, et les draps et serviettes semblent propres.

Snowmobile trip. Nice clean place. Had breakfast twice, very good. Nice staff. The fridge in the room is too small. We would have liked to have hooks on the walls to hang clothes since wardrobe is too small. In all, we had a good stay.

Le bain avait des traces de moisissures.
Aucun restaurant fermé le lundi et mardi on aurait aimé le savoir et y aller deux jours plus tard.
L'endroit est beau piscine entretenue mais journée trop froide pour en profiter.

L'emplacement extérieur avec l'accès au lac est bien. Pour notre chambre, elle était minuscule et le matelas très mou, très peu confortable.
