Quiet location in a residential area. well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious layout and ample closet space. However, the place was pretty dark with small windows and skylights that couldn’t be closed so it was hard to stay asleep in the morning. The hallway leading upstairs smelled terrible even when garbage bins were taken out.

The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!

We forgot some belongings and we cant reach no one and the cleaning lady so much attitude. For my stuffs we forgot inside where we should get it? What phone number should we call

Excellent customer service. Someone else took my parking spot, and they handled it as best they could. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. The mattress was very soft, and the soap dispensers were broken. However, those were the only issues; I will stay again.

The room is impressive at a glance, but lacks finition. Many decorative objects were damaged and surfaces had many spots and stains. Cleanliness wasn't great as the toilet seat had a weird spot and hairs were found in the bathtub. The TV is an old model that only has Netflix and is very slow. No HDMI ports for your own devices. Sound isolation is very weak. I could hear conversations from units not even my direct neighbors. Smell came into the unit from the main door and heat too. Communication is where this company shines, though. I have talked to two different people and they have been very helpful and available to assist. It is very well located right next to a metro station and on top of a Dollarama, with a convenience store on the corner. The shower was nice and the unit was huge. You get a lot of space for the money you pay.

The suite was large and the kitchen, well stocked. The beds and bedding were wonderful. A few steps away from the Metro, so very convenient location. Overall, an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again.

Some neighbours like the music really loud overnight…

Check-in process was difficult as it seems that check-in instructions are only provided the minute that check-in starts. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to call in to get the instructions. The door code for our until was about 9 digits long so not fun when you are carrying your own bags up two flights of stairs. As well, it wasn't clear that the door had to be locked manually after exiting. Having said that, the space itself was nice. One light in the bathroom was flickering.

L’appartement est super! Le quartier est vraiment cool, tout se fait à la marche. Idéal pour le transport en commun. Logement propre. Seul problème le stationnement, à prévoir avant votre arrivée seulement 3 stationnement à l’arrière. Sinon 11 Minutes de marche.

The appartment door did not lock. When we moved the couch away from the heater on the wall, we noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed. There was broken glass . The bathroom was clean. Overall the appartment needs some loving.

Clean quiet spacious convenient location. I would stay here again!!!

Très spacieux.

Slight hiccup with parking on day 1 but resolved quickly.

We did not end up staying at the original room that I had booked, but in all fairness the gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and helped with a few options to make last minute changes and offer me a stay at another location which had access to an elevator and was a little bit better. The only problem was there is no one to clean the apartment and the set up is not was I was expecting.

Stark and bland place. Safe enough, good location, but BORING.
