Very good place to relax

Easy parking. AC was comfortable and not noisy for sleeping.

I love the mineral springs and spa, which keeps me coming back! The rooms are clean and beds are new, otherwise property is looking a little tired.

Fresh and clean

The property is getting outdated but otherwise it is so clean looking. Some of staffs were friendly. The service was prompt when the toilet wasn't working. Spa was relaxing. Parking lot is pretty accessible. It would be nice to see the cement covering over the muddy area which is difficult for the wheelchairs.

I could tell that they are making improvements in the pool and shower areas.

Love coming here , always very relaxing . Food is always delicious in the dining room , staff are friendly and helpful , rooms are always clean. Minor negatives . Bed is a bit soft , but that’s my preference, hotel is older but the updating continues , the tv is very confusing to use .

Parking was nice and close. We did find our room very warm and couldn’t seem to get the temp down

Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were not vacuumed and there were some beetles in the bathroom. Also somewhat dated. Staff was very nice.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, very helpful and professional The restaurant had very good service and excellent food. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice if the room had a small microwave in it. The salt water pool was relaxing to float in.

Room was clean, extra pillows was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, service in the restaurant was good and the food was very well prepared. The pool area was very good, hasn’t changed much since last visit. The mineral spa is very comfortable and relaxing.

Soaking in the mineral spa made me feel completely rejuvenated. My husband, our 9-month-old daughter, and I truly enjoyed our short stay in Manitou.

Rooms were quaint but not really clean, at least not to my liking. The rooms were very hot and we couldn’t open the window because we got the cooking smell from the exhaust fan right outside our room. The restaurant was fantastic.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was fantastic. The attached mineral pool was horribly dirty. There was a thick ring of scum around the edge of their cool pool, the pool deck was very dirty (kids socks soaking in the water puddles) and the hot pool had parts of the ledge that was lifting where it smelt like mold was living in generous amounts. The change rooms were soaking wet with hair on the floor (both days of my stay so clearly wasn’t being cleaned well). It was very gross and off putting. I booked a facial for my stay and it wasn’t worth the money at all. The room was freezing cold, there was water stains on the ceiling and the esthetician was very quick with her service then removed my socks putting a hot towel on my feet and then proceeded to leave the room for 15 minutes. My feet were freezing from the towel that quickly turned cold in the already cold room. I paid $110 and a quarter of my service I was left alone. I could have just bought their mud mask and put it on myself in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was rude both while booking, and taking my payment (the night staff was great). Overall this was a horrible stay for what you’d expect out of a weekend away at a known spa facility. This was my first visit so I’m not sure if this is normal or just a staffing issue but either way I wouldn’t recommend this for a relaxing weekend away.

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool although recently updated is peeling inside as though the wrong paint or finish was used. If you didn't know you may think its falling apart. The meals in the restaurant are very good.
