Great lace for 1 nt stay... room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. 1 Towel in room + soap / shampoo in bathroom would be great. FD lady during c/i and the other staff during c/o was very helpful.

Ok for cheap last minute overnight stay and friendly staff on arrival. The whole building stinks absolutely awful like toilets and stale piss. The bed in private room was very uncomfortable and flat hard pillow. You have to pay for towels and there’s no other way to dry your hands in bathroom without paying for a towel. Downstairs area and Kitchen and dining area is very dark. Free breakfast provided but no fresh milk for coffee - only powdered.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a unique array of guests from all over the world. It was easy and enjoyable walking there from the ferry port. Food was delicious. Would love to stay here again!

Staff fantastic, friendly, helpful, fun. Meals healthy, olentiful and home made . Room very small, shaky bunk. Bathroom not always clean. Noisy at night if left window open as street people yelling. Very safe inside. Great location near downtown .

Overall, I did not have the greatest expectations but the stay exceeded what I was expecting. I appreciated the night ambience and the free drink and the events at the bar. For breakfast, I have peanut allergies so I had to be a bit more cautious and cross contamination was a concern, pretty minor. One minor complaint I had was the window did not close. There happened to be a strike so I woke up every morning as a result.
