Property was very clean and bright. The rooms were spacious and bright but also had room darkening blinds. While the view from our room wasn’t particularly great it was very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and room facilities were good. (Good shower and roomy bathroom.

New property clean rooms safe underground parking. Has a small breakfast restaurant. Small gym would stay again.

Nice little hotel near the old town of Nanaimo. Quiet and out of the way. Looks like a refresh of a previous hotel but was clean and had all the things you need. Free water & coffee in the lobby and a fantastic little cafe attached. The front desk people were great.

The lights in the rooms are on motion sensor timers, the bathroom light went out continuously while we were in the shower. The main room light required a room key inserted into a slot to remain turned on, otherwise it turned itself off.

Pas d'entretien ménager a chaque jour comme mentionné sur le site... nous avons dû le demander et on nous a dit que ce n' était pas inclus dans le tarif??!!!

After having a medical procedure. I decided to stay with your establishment. The room was great . During the night i started to get dizzy. I called the front desk,they called an ambulance for me. Thanks to your staff.
