Owners son was still there waiting even though I was late for check-in. All information provided in advance. Mini fridge in common area for use but none in the room. Private bathroom was very nice to have. Clean and cozy.

I was surprised to find a cleaning fee that only appeared on the receipt. It would be helpful if all fees were shown upfront or included in the amount quoted by Expedia. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. When guests are paying extra for cleaning, a higher standard should be expected.

Steve was helpful. He even loaned me his fan when I found my room too warm. It would be helpful to have something that makes their property easier to find. Maybe a decorative flag at the front gate would help?

Arrived to property around 9:30pm. I advised the property owners what my schedule was in detail. No light on outside of house so I did not know it was the correct place. Finally a woman came out and was very sullen questioning me on who I was. I told her I texted my plans which I always do. She claimed she never got the text and then when it pushed her a little she then said “ oh, Expedia goes to my husbands email and he got it. Who is going to show up by Uber at 10 pm in a strange neighborhood with a reservation?? Ridiculous and no soap in shower

The Bed was a platform with a 2 inch foam mattress and the bed was held together with Duct Tape. First staff spoke no English... There was no Breakfast or the use of the two Kitchens or Refrigerators. No personnel was there in the AM. Bath was down the hall for 4 rooms. I left about 10:30 AM because no one was around... What the HELL are you offering here for the HIGH Price ???
