Sarkar Suites - Blue Jays Way

Was a great condition, but they didn't contact me to tell me they had changed the location of my stay.

ブルージェイズウェイというロケーションが希望で予約したのですが、到着して指定の連絡先に電話したところ、同じサルカールスイーツの、別のアドレスに案内されました。他のクチコミでも似たようなことが書かれており、それであれば、「実際の場所はこのアドレスではない」「変わる可能性がある」など、あらかじめ説明書きを入れてほしい。近くとはいえ、徒歩10分くらい離れた場所だったので、仕事上、不都合もあった。

The apartment was clean and I had no problems with bugs or insects of any kind. The problem is with the way the entire 11-day stay was handled by management. 1. Upon arrival I met a representative of Sarkar Suites who gave me a standard key to my room. There was no check-in per se, and when I entered the room, there were no instructions of any kind as to what is expected of me. As this is not a hotel, there is no maid service. I'm expected to wash the towels that were available and throw out garbage as necessary. 2. Major problem: Washing machine had no front loading door and could not be operated. I contacted management on the second day. They assured me (by text) that a new washer/dryer would be installed "the next day". No washing machine was EVER delivered during my 11-day stay. The management NEVER contacted me about this issue, and on the final day, I received a lame "Sorry you were inconvenienced" text message. 3. The apartment itself has no inside chain lock. Anyone who has a key can enter at any time. This is VERY disconcerting and I NEVER felt completely at ease knowing this. Again, the apartment was very nice, but I would never stay here again due to poor management and the lack of an inside chain lock for my security and peace of mind.

Wonderful location. Very poorly managed. We could not get access until 5pm. While waiting for access, security required my family to leave the property stating that no loitering was permitted.

The property owner changed the room when I arrived without any communication. They moved us to different building close to the one that We originally booked.

Good location, but were given a condo at a different address than originally booked. Style of condo was the same as that booked. Nice view of CN Tower. Needs some blinds on the windows - was very bright in the mornings.

Good spot to stay! Close to different places to eat. Unfortunately I did realize the first night that the window was left open and it was -21 that night so I was super cold. I’d suggest they also get blackout curtains for the windows since the building across seems to have lots of light reflecting into the unit at night. Otherwise I’d recommend staying here :)

Location was great. Condo was decent. The bed was very hard and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. This place would be a big improvement if they only spent a little care on sleeping comfort.

Got to the concierge who told me short term rentals were illegal and essentially got kicked out of the lobby. Not okay with lying to people at the desk to stay here which is what the host told me to do. Booked elsewhere.

Location was great, safety was absolutely not an issue and the unit was very clean

ordinary toiletries and bathroom mat and no cleaning during 3 days of stay. Otherwise good location and generally clean at the time of check in. Pricey for the service offered.
