Everything about my stay last week was above my expectations. The staff was friendly, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the breakfast options were great. A very comfortable and pleasant experience overall—I will definitely be back!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel has very basic amenities overall but the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have up-to-date furnishings. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. I would stay here again on future trips to Windsor.

The room was a good size, clean and in good condition.
The breakfast was ok, basic offerings, and the area was clean and welcoming. It would have been nice to have a special breakfast since it was New Year's Day.
The front desk persons were friendly and attentive. All in all, it's a pleasure to stay there, which is what keeps us coming back.
