Stonewall Suites

The bathroom/kitchen appliances and fixtures were updated and very clean. But the apartment I selected from the site was not the apartment I received. I requested a 2bdrm and got a 1bdrm. There were several nights that other guests were partying and being loud until 4a-5a. Shopping and transportation was super accessible. The host was very responsive for any questions and issues.

Great location

Broken and ripped, dirty furniture. Floors are similar to Montreal roads.,full of potholes. And I gotta say about the host , communication is very poor . Payed for 2 nights , apparently it was a booking date issue , I only got one night out of 2 ! Payed for a 3 bedroom apartment, and got a one room apartment with a broken sofa bed . Dryer machine wasn’t working so had to put my clothes back in my suitcase wet .

I didn’t stayed in the place, smell so bad, I am waiting for the refund, nobody answer, they give me a different apartment that the reservation, horrible experience

WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED AT , FOUND A MICE IN GABAGE CAN INSIDE THE APPARTMENET .

Location was good, but the couch condition was bad and rest everything was good.

Place reeked of cigarette smell. Both of us have allergies to cigarette smoke. Loud talking in hallway. Had to evacuate. Could not stay. Request refund

Good deal for the rate charged; not for people who have difficulties climbing with stairs, free parking side streets except for zones that require permit.

Spacious but not done cleaned

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any booking; very poor communication regarding entry procedures; when I opened lock box…NO KEY! Wasted 2 hours and Expedia had to book another place!

There were ants in one of the bedrooms. There was also a bad leak in the shower area, where every time you showered, the whole bathroom floor would get wet. There was no bathmat, which would have only gotten soaked anyway. The tile in the bathroom are getting ruined due to the constant standing water. The apartment is rather nice inside, but it is not located in a good area. Parking is a challenge.

Well laid out and beautifully quiet. Great air con. Kitchen needed towels. Bathroom needs shelf for toilettries, as does the shower. Comfortsble bed. Living room needs lamps. Very clean. The handrail outside is loose and makes carrying a suitcase very scary.

Do not stay here. It is alarming and not as advertised. Everything about this property was dirty and unsafe. We took one look around and left. It was obvious that someone quickly flipped an old building into hotel apartments and did cheap, lousy job. The front door lock was not fully installed!!! There was a 1 inch gap between door and lock, and anyone could reach their hand in. There was a huge, fresh brown stain on a towel, and hair on the bed. Surfaces were sticky and not wiped down. The back door that led to the emergency exit was a thin piece of plywood with no working lock. Anyone could let themselves in. There were cigarettes in the front and back stairwell. A hostel would be cleaner and safer.

The apartment itself was nice, however we were hugely disappointed with the apartment’s cleanliness. The description on Expedia stated that it was pet free, which is always a criteria when booking a place for us. However, upon checking in, we were notified that pets were “allowed, just not on the furniture”. Since it was winter, the couch was full of salt stains and smelled of wet dog and there was pet hair everywhere, on the couch, on the bed sheets, even in the fridge. Thankfully my brother ended up not bunking with us as he was supposed. He is very allergic to dogs and this would have completely ruined his weekend.

Great stay. Everything was clear. Don't go there with a car unless you know where to park. The place was comfortable. The communication was good, although i couldn't answer myself. All the info was there.

Mail d'arrivée non recu. Heureusement la personne a ete tres reactive au telephone afin de nous communiquer les codes d'entrée. Dans le logement il n'y avait que 3 veŕres pour une famille de 6 personnes... Un des lits etait sur parpaing d'un côté. Sinon bel appartement, bien situé, manque une place de parking dédiée.

No communication from host for last day of my stay re: unable to shower due to not having hot water in the bathroom. Never did answer guest or rectify the situation. Would not recommend a prop where no communication or rectification of experienced identified concern.

This property was gorgeous, a good value, easy to check into, clean and well equipped. Very impressive to have our own laundry and dishwasher. Very upscale. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back for sure!

Nice, clean and quiet, near by grocery store and bars, liquor store, the only thing I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t provide blender, I had to purchase one. Overall I was satisfied!

Needs an elevator stairs too straight up for heavy luggages
