Lovely space. Great facilities. Fantastic restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were amazing. From the cheerful folks who checked us in to the restaurant staff who were attentive and charming, to the cleaning staff, everyone was pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Comfortable enough stay. The location is very convenient to many things downtown, and the hotel is in good enough condition. The ample water was a very nice touch.
Not having room service—or breakfast, for that matter—for most of the week was quite annoying. My wife and I were on a kind-of 'honeymoon lite' and often just wanted to wake up, have a lazy breakfast in bed, and get our day started that way. Instead, we'd often have to get ready in a somewhat rushed way and go out in search of a place to have breakfast.
I understand that there may not be a lot of foot traffic to the restaurant mid-week mornings, but I bet it would make a big difference to at least some hotel guests. Would definitely make it more compelling for me to stay at this hotel next time I'm in Toronto.

What I like about the property is the convenient of getting around the City and Tourist spots via public transit and/or by walking as well. The only downfall that I didn’t like was the lack of Customer Service of 1 of the front desk staff unable to handle/resolve a nuisance issue. However, Management (Ravneet Singh) was able to step in to ensure that a quick resolution is being in placed in order to avoid such issue to happen again.
