If you have the means bring a space heater because the place gets cold during winter! Other than that the place was nice and cozy enough for what you pay for and the property manager and his family were super cool and very helpful. He went the extra mile making sure I felt welcome and I knew all the cool spots around the city. Will definitely recommend if you're just passing through!! Shoot I may book again myself

I am always nervous about staying in Hostels, but this was a great location! The common rooms were clean and well organized, the host was responsive, helpful, and friendly, and the place was a short walk from great food and public transport. I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly!

Tetamu yang merancang untuk tiba di luar waktu daftar masuk akan menerima e-mel dalam masa 72 jam sebelum ketibaan yang mengandungi arahan daftar masuk dan kod akses. Tetamu boleh mengakses penginapan mereka menerusi pintu masuk persendirian. Waktu senyap dikuatkuasakan di hartanah bermula dari 22:30 hingga 8:00. Maklumat yang disediakan oleh pihak hartanah mungkin menggunakan alat terjemahan automatik.

The room I stayed in had 12 beds which was very uncomfortable except that there was only 1 other backpacker
Communication by text only was ok but much prefer face to face
They led me keep my luggage there which I appreciate
But would not stay there again

Not your usual Hotels.com booking. All communication with Host via WharsApp, not Hotels.com. Host asked for payment via PayPal to an individual, not a business, account through “friends and family” option. Payment requested was more than Hotels.com quoted. Bed slanted, uncomfortable. No door lock on one toilet. Smoke detectors in hall & kitchen disconnected. Did not feel comfortable there.

Excellent option for late arrivals in Vancouver!
I traveled from Ontario to attend a sporting event and arrived in Vancouver around 10:30 PM. I had a terrible experience in the past with another place that didn’t allow check-ins after 11 PM — I lost my money and had to find a hotel at the last minute.
Thankfully, this time was completely different! The host was very understanding, and the late check-in went smoothly. This kind of flexibility is incredibly important for those coming from far away and arriving late at night.
The place was very well-organized, clean, and cozy. The beds were neatly made with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The environment was quiet and welcoming — perfect for resting after a long day of travel or work.
I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who needs flexible check-in hours. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

A very good place to stay on a budget, the area and access to sky train gives the place an extra star. It is a walking distance to a lot of places.
The check in was quick and easy via WhatsApp, even the directions to the place were via WhatsApp.
I will definitely go back and stay there on my next visit.

Easy self check in and in a location close to shopping and transportation which is great. The room itself was not great with blankets cover this window and ants crawling… if you are solo and don’t need anything more its fine.

For anyone finding a quick place to stay, i recommend this! Owners are very helpful and informative! Came here for just a concert for judt 2 nights and its been amazing! Everything is walkable from the cafe and the mall! Their area is very safe! Would comr back again!

This was my first time staying in a shared property kind of location. The first night was a tad noisy with people returning late and but I was able to reach out to the property managers who were able to control the people who didn’t realize it was 2 am in the morning. It’s an ideal place for younger crowd who want to have a place and travel and sight see rest of the day. What is amazing the people who run this place will respond to any queries any time day or night.
