The good breakfast is a key in my business. With the good breakfast in the hotel i can go through my day, and i still can get some snack for my lunch, working in a distant areas. Here you have hash browns, omelette, sousages and the rest to keep you energized for the whole day. At the end of the day you have a nice gym and large swimming pool too. Amazing to recover for the next day

It's the little things, when we checked in around 16:15, the floor in the checkin area was freshly mopped....... then returing from supper around 20:30, again the floor was freshly mopped. On top of a refreshingly clean room, this was the cherry on top. This place is taken care of, and cared for as if it is their own, and it shows. Will return when back in town.

Great king bed with 4 long good pillows. Nice climate control for the chilly weather. Really good variety for breakfast. Tiny TV in the room tho'. After first use of toilet, it started to run continuously. Front desk was very accommodating, and I was moved to another room. Good price. I will stay again.

Smoke alarm went off at 11:30pm. Was told by the front desk that this is normal and that they are sensitive to steam. Not great to have a safety system like that not working properly. Building is old and run down.

There were bugs in my room. They switch me to another room. There were 100’s of bugs in the next room my daughter and I had to switch hotels it was so bad. We were traumatized.

Great king bed with four long good pillows, fluffy bath towels, nice shower, good climate control in room. Very good selection for breakfast. TV's are pretty tiny though. Could bump them up a size or two. Overall stay very good. And good price. I will definitely stay again.

We were done a job early and went to check in around noon. The clerk apologized and said we had to wait until 3pm to check in. I was upset, (not with them, but myself) then proceeded to wait in the lobby. Within half an hour she told us our rooms were ready early and that we could go to our rooms. She didn’t have to do that, but the fact that she did shows that she cared and it made me incredibly happy.

Did not have recycle bucket in room. Very torn bathmat. Moved ottaman and lots of crackers. Ice machine only works on main floor floor only. No creamers for coffee in room. Why have sugar but no no coffee creamers. We were told its not supplied. We have stayed there 3 years in a row when it was Holiday Inn was much better. Will now stay elsewhere next year
