Clean rooms, courteous staff, clear directions, numerous places to eat closeby. Can add towels for the bathroom but that's about it.

Cute property and it was a good stay. Host was very nice and gave clear instructions about things. Also really appreciated the last minute booking and later check out. Would definitely come back :)

Service was amazing. The room was a bit cold even with the space heater that was provided. The bed was a little uncomfortable but aside from that, it was great for an overnight stay. The location is very nice.

I had a change in travel plans and the host would not communicate with me at all. I was unable to stay more than one night (booked over a week) and they didn’t not even message me back to discuss options. The unit is not a private unit you share a kitchen and bathroom with other long term tenants. It’s also NOT a hotel, it’s an old house.

Parking was great, there a few stores/restaraunts close by

This is worst place I ever lived. Management is soo poor. I don’t like his way of talking. Pace is very small inside rooms which i get it. No separate washroom. No personal microwave or coffee machine in room. It is very noisy. As price its very high is i see a room.

The house was very clean. The area is excessively scum like. Sirens all night, very hard to stay asleep. If you need to stay in this area this is a nice place. Did not have towels at all. Expedia had it marked 7 minutes from the airpot and its 20 minutes. I would not have picked it had I known how dar away it was from the airport.

The room is clean. It is a guesthouse not hotel. I made mistake to book it. I prefer room with my own washroom. Everything with this room is nice and good

I did not like shared washroom/bathroom and kitchen. No aircondition and towels. It is better to stay in a real hotel or inn.

Well located and quit place !

The property clearly states each room will have their own bathroom with shower or tub. This is NOT the case. It says air conditioning… there was a fan in the bedroom, at plus 30 the room was sweltering. Spoke to host the night on the arrival night, and again on the next day because of the issues. He said that he has had a guest house license for 10 years and no one has ever complained. I explained that he stated on the advertisement that there would be a private bathroom with a shower or tub for each room. There was only one bathroom to be shared between strangers. he once again said no one has ever complained before, making it sound like my problem. I sent my daughter to this location, believing that she would have a private bathroom. There was only one shared bathroom. She is an inexperienced traveler, so I was the one communicating with the host. I booked her an another suite somewhere safe immediately, and she spent the next four days in the other location without any issues. The host stated he would call Expedia because the room was empty and to discuss the issues. He did not. He will not answer their calls. They have tried multiple times now.

Shower and toilet shared with the rest of the rooms, no air conditioning, no key to lock the room in case you leave for any reason, it's terrible for me.
