Only complaint was we had a $75 bar charge to our room that we did not make since we were all inclusive. We had such a lovely time that we didnt argue and just paid it.

Super clean hotel. You can feel safe there they have security walking around 24 hours a day. We did the all inclusive package and it was wonderful. The food and drink menu was great. But to top it all off was the staff! Everyone that works there is great. They go out of there way to help you with any question or concern. The bartenders and wait staff are some of the best I have had in a longtime. They felt like friends by the end of the week stay. This is A 10/10 stay for me.

We had the all inclusive and the meals, presentation, quality and tastiness were excellent. There was great, friendly service in the restaurant and pool bar. The Lobby desk and activities desk on the other side were also friendly, smiling and accommodating. What a beautiful piece of property. We so enjoyed our vacation!

We stayed for 7 nights mid January. Went with the all inclusive package. Unfortunately we were sick for five days and unable to eat or drink. Spent most of our trip sleeping in our room.
The couple of meals that we had were very good. Housekeeping only cleans every three days. We asked for clean towels and didn’t get them for two days. They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub. It was just a big tub taking up space in the middle of the room.
All rooms have oceanfront views. The swimming pools were nice, lots of beach chairs. The sand at the Wyndham was nicer Than next door hotel.

The whole experience was great. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was nice and all rooms have a beautiful view. The only downside was the high winds and rough water, but that was due to the time of year I’m told. We will definitely visit Grand Cayman again!

From the moment we arrived to Wyndham Reef, we were welcomed by everyone in the lobby! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! The food, a la Carter, at Tides and the Beach bar was delicious! What an amazing first time experience! This place is not like many, overcrowded resorts we’ve been to. It’s small, quiet. Very personable. And the best part is that we had requested to be on the first floor, we weren’t guaranteed this based on availability but we did get a 1st floor walk out to the beach! The view was stunning! We can’t wait to come back next year! The entire wait staff was unbelievably nice, welcoming, friendly! Treated us like family!! Loved every minute of this vacation!

Off the beaten path, located about 1 hour away from the seven mile beach area. The resort staff, food, drinks inks and property were very good. The food was excellent - 10 stars.
You have to ask for extra linen, toiletries (body wash, etc) and toilet paper.
The water aerobics with “Doris” was fantastic

The staff on a wonderful job the chef was absolutely perfect. Had trouble with the hot water in the room. It was reverse other than that. Everything was perfect.

Positives were staff and the food.. however there was only one restaurant.. and the pools were too small and shallow therefore the water too warm.. the nightlife entertainment was not very good. For an all inclusive you had to go to the bar for drinks or food.

If you want a relaxing vacation, this is definitely the place. They only have one restaurant and one beach bar. One menu unless they have a special dinner night like seafood or Taco Tuesday but make sure you have reservations. Coffee bar and gift shop only open 7-3 daily. Beach bar closes down at 10pm. All inclusive packages available, one is basic and the other is premium which is the best. The downside is it’s 45 minutes from the airport. Nothing close by to do so you need a car and it’s on the East-End of the island. All the other hotels on the 7 mile beach don’t offer the all inclusive. So in the end, this hotel is worth it.

Very pleasant staff. Food was very good. We purchased the all-inclusive option without the premium upgrade and it was very financially worth it. Would recommend the resort for anyone wanting a very quiet and relaxed time.
