Very pleasant host. Bed, bathroom, towels are very clean. Furniture is very simple but the bed is comfortable. Good TV with a number of English speaking programs. Sr. Francisco was kind enough to provide some necessities for the first breakfast. Kitchenette is well stocked with dishes for two people. It includes a microwave, a small fridge, a sink and a stove with two burners. Located on a lovely street about 15-20 minute walk from the metro station. Overall a very good value for the money.

Arrendé uno de los departamentos de nice and cool para la estadía de dos semanas de mi madre. Al llegar el dueño nos estaba esperando. Fue amable. La hizo firmar un contrato en el que se establecían una serie de puntos entre ellos que el departamento incluía el aseo y cambio de sábanas y toallas al cabo de una semana. Nada de esto se cumplió. Llovió durante la estadía y el departamento en el cielo de la cocina tiene una gotera grande que dejó una charca. Hubo que solicitar materiales para poder secar. La humedad del techo es permanente por lo que no creemos que la gotera haya sido una excepción. La puerta principal de acceso al edificio siempre está abierta, así como la pequeña reja. Este dato es por si alguien pudiera pensar en este detalle como poco seguro. Hay un perro grande pero amable que se pasea por la escalera y que siempre está en la entrada. El barrio es tranquilo y con acceso a varias comodidades, pero el lugar podría poner más cuidado en el aseo y mantención. Hay humedad en paredes y un poco de hongos en la ducha. El cobro es en dólares, se debe transferir el monto total a la llegada al cambio de ese día, no hay otro medio de pago. Francisco estuvo atento los días previos y para la salida, pero hay detalles que mejorar, considerando el valor del lugar.

Super nice host and definitely good apartment conditions, buuuuut unfortunately there was some workers at 8:00am in the early morning, who were really noisy. :( The parking area is right in front of the door and there's enough place for leaving the car. The internet connection was also really good! :) After all, we're happy with this spot and would recommend it.

Relação custo/beneficio muito boa, me senti em casa, o bairro 'e tranquilo e seguro, Sr. Francisco muito prestativo e sempre nos dando dicas, e apesar de ser um apart ter o cafe da manhã no primeiro dia de estadia foi reconfortante j'a que sempre estamos cansados e desorientados sobre a localização no primeiro dia, minha familia ira em janeiro e indicarei esse apart a eles!!!

It is a department, is a room, just consider that the breakfast is not included but at least you have everything to prepare your own food. It is comfortable and in a very good area. I was alone and I am a woman, I did not have any problem to get back to the department, and I was always traveling by the subway. Good !

This is ideal if you are looking for a good fixed self-catering apartment. It has the advantages both of a hotel - regular cleaning, breakfast provided, cable TV, local phone, multi-lingual assistance (from the owner downstairs who will arrange taxis, tours etc if you wish) and of an apartment (cooking facilities, space, independence....). It was spotlessly clean, and we are delighted that for the price we chose this rather than two hotel rooms. Note that is is not as centrally placed as some hotels - but as public transport is good and cheap this was not a problem for us, and we appreciated having somewhere to escape from the noise and bustle of the centre.
