O hotel é bom de um modo geral: limpeza, café da manhã e chuveiro são ótimos.
Porém minha insatisfação foi com a falta de elevadores, as malas estavam pesadas e nao havia nem elevador e nem ajuda com as bagagens.

The employees were friendly and we appreciated the welcome drink. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets. The room was a good size. Good location for the airport. Good value. We awoke around 5 am to a noise that carried on for at least 20 minutes, probably a generator.

La chambre etait spacieuse mais le matelas vraiment vieillissant ou beaucoup trop mou. Des que mon conjoint bougeait cela faisait bouger tout le matelas. Et la reception a du se tromper au milieu de la nuit en faisant sonner le telephone de la chambre

Tive problema no check in pois paguei um quarto família com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e qd cheguei no quarto era um quarto e um banheiro p 3 pessoas tive q voltar na recepção e insistir que tinha pago por 2 quartos. Eles simplesmente falaram q o quarto teve um probleminha e por isso me deram um quarto só c 1 quarto e um banheiro. Tive q insistir e ser mais dura pe darem outro quarto tbm. No dia do check out o funcionário queria cobrar o segundo quarto. Tive q explicar TD de novo sobre o pgto de quarto família p q ele não me cobrasse o segundo quarto. Comunicação entre os funcionários muito falha

This is a more or less good location. The service at the restaurant is bad, the waiters are nowhere to be found most of the time. When you want to pay and leave you have to wait until next day or go around trying to find them.

Me deram água no quarto e drink de cortesia no restaurante.

Estadia de apenas um dia. Chegamos ao hotel às 14:36. Porém, o check-in só começava às 15:00. O rapaz da recepção, muito cordial, nos pediu para aguardar. Até ai tudo bem. Apesar de eu já ter tido várias experiências em que hotéis liberaram o quarto alguns minutos ou até horas antes do horário previsto para o início do check-in, sei que isso é uma gentileza do local e não uma regra, pois o horário do check-in é amplamente divulgado no momento da reserva. Contudo, ocorreu outra situação que deixou evidente a falta de flexibilidade do hotel. Meu celular não estava reconhecendo o chip local que eu havia comprado e eu estava sem internet. Pedi a senha do wifi do hotel, mas eu precisava do número da habitação para poder efetuar o login na rede. Esse número não me foi fornecido e eu precisei esperar até às 15:00 em ponto para efetuar o check-in e poder acessar a internet. Não culpo o atendente. Isso é regra do hotel. O restante da minha experiência foi positiva. Estrutura bem justa pelo preço da hospedagem.
