Positives: across street from supermarket and near good restaurants, good kitchen with reasonable cooking utensils, nice garden and common room/eating room,friendly morning lady who added to reasonable breakfast, scrambled eggs. Negatives- first night in room met by small rat or large mouse..it escaped, no air condition or fan and windows are on verge of falling out,e.g hinges missing from left bottom hinge, use d toilet tissue to wedge right window, bed not made up or linen changed in 4 nights, no soap or accessories provided, toilet seat unhinged, bathroom floor tile floating, drain in small showers needs cleaning as you have to stop showering to prevent flooding, hot water not continuous and takes 3-4 minutes before it appears,no elevator so beware of ‘rise-run’ or steps not up to NA code, valves in kitchen taps need replacing avoid constant dripping, fridge is a mess esp.so abundance of food left by guest long since departed. Listed as Superior Double Room at $110, realistic price would have been $25-$30 per. Night. More to,be said about the pricing but leave that to Caveat Emptor.
