Excelente hotel em Puerto Varas. A uma quadra do Lago LLanquiuhe e da Praça de Armas (centrinho) da cidade, localização excelente, próximo a bares, restaurantes, supermercados, shopping, etc. Possui uma decoração e atmosfera super-especial. Ótimos quartos, com camas bem confortáveis, calefação e banheiro privativo com uma ducha quente/fria com boa pressão. Só não tinha um frigobar (mini geladeira) no quarto, mas como estava fazendo frio (outono), não fez tanta falta assim. O hotel conta ainda com elevador e servia um bom café da manhã (incluso na diaria). Caso esteja de carro, o hotel conta com estacionamento privativo, pago, a CLP 6.000,00 por diária (na rua, o estacionamento é cobrado pela prefeitura por minuto!). Valeu muito a pena, voltaria a ficar hospedado com certeza!

The hotel is an old German house, the owners keep a nice vintage decoration, local sculptures, is a very friendly and beauty place to stay in Puerto Varas. This was our second time in this beautiful hotel. The breakfast are great, in the Chilean South tradition.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. This is probably one of the most charming hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was good and is only two blocks from the lake and downtown area.

O Hotel é bem antigo todo de madeira com diversas peças antigas em todos os cômodos, tem de garrafas vazias até gramofones como forma de decoração. Os quartos tem tapete desgastado com alguns rasgos, banheiro é bem pequeno, com uma ducha que cai sobre uma banheira, perigo de queda para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Não tem frigobar no quarto, as cortinas são sujas com pó , para quem tem alergia é bem complicado. Quarto não fica bem escuro e em frente ao hotel tem um bar de Karaokê que algumas noites o barulho passa de 24 horas. O Café da manhã é simples, poucas frutas mas com algumas tortas doces bem gostosas. Só tem uma variedade de pão, de forma . Não tem suco natural, todos são artificiais e o ambiente é cheio de enfeites antigos empoeirados. Os funcionários da recepção não são cordiais, a ponto de negarem emprestar uma taça de vidro para podermos terminar uma garrafa de vinho que trouxemos do restaurante bem na frente do hotel. A informação é que não se pode consumir vinho no hotel nem nos quartos.... Nenhuma bebida além de água. Tem estacionamento que é aberto, no tempo sem segurança e pago, 6000 Pesos por noite. Foi uma má experiência ter ficado nesse hotel, e a falta de limpeza e a falta de cordialidade dos funcionários foram dois pontos que mais nos chamaram a atenção.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late.

It was a real pleasure staying here for 5 nights during our stay in Puerto Varas. The staff were especially helpful and very kind. Very convenient location to the town. The Hotel El Greco is beautifully decorated with vintage memorabilia and historical items. The lobby, dining room, and each of the floors has the feeling of walking through a historical museum. The breakfast was great too! Will most certainly come here again next time we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.

O hotel é bem exótico e isso pode assustar um pouco, mas é apenas uma primeira impressão. Podiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza de algumas das áreas comuns. O café da manhã é ótimo.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. This is probably one of the most charming hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was good and is only two blocks from the lake and downtown area.

Localização bem próxima da praça principal da cidade. Quarto amplo e limpo, excelentes roupas de cama, ótimo chuveiro, café da manhã razoável, e um atendimento educado.

It was a real pleasure staying here for 5 nights during our stay in Puerto Varas. The staff were especially helpful and very kind. Very convenient location to the town. The Hotel El Greco is beautifully decorated with vintage memorabilia and historical items. The lobby, dining room, and each of the floors has the feeling of walking through a historical museum. The breakfast was great too! Will most certainly come here again next time we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.

O hotel é bem exótico e isso pode assustar um pouco, mas é apenas uma primeira impressão. Podiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza de algumas das áreas comuns. O café da manhã é ótimo.
