Top notch. From the beautiful hotel, to the staff, to the comfortable rooms. The room was quiet and the area felt safe and walkable with several great restaurants in the area. Also, convenient to the airport. We had happy hour on the roof top and then breakfast (included) in the morning. They also have a minibar in the library for you to sit and relax with. I would recommend and cannot wait to come back. The staff really stood out!

two nights stop over before a long flight back to Australia.
The hotel is situated in the historical center of the city and walkable to everywhere.
It was very clean and eco-friendly (filtered water served in their bottles rather than plastic water bottles).

Wonderful facility & great location. Staff was super helpful. I used the exercise room everyday. Easy walk to Centro & Lastaria. Very short ride to Bario Italia. Special shout out to Jason who took very good care of us.

Wonderful stay! Lovely accomodations, amazing bed and pillows (perfect for a restful sleep), beautifully decorated rooms and common spaces. Breakfast was lovely, and I cant say enough about the kindness of the staff!

We spent 4 nights here for New Years before we flew to Argentina for our Antarctica expedition.
It was a good choice as it was convenient to our walking tours and restaurants. The hotel was clean although the AC inside our room was a bit warm even though we ask for the temperature to be lowered.
The front desk and staff were very kind and helpful. We did however, have an issue with the hotel charging $125 a person for their New Year’s party which was on the rooftop but had the basic food menu for dinner.
Since there is not a fireworks display in Santiago and most places around town shut down early , we felt the hotel was taking advantage of its guests. Pair that with the event coordinator, who was extremely rude and pushy, then I would say it ruined what was otherwise a nice week stay.

My experience at Hotel Magnolia in Santiago was excellent from the start. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a superb stay.
The room was spacious, immaculate, with very high ceilings. The hotel's rooftop and restaurant were highlights, providing good food, drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere for socializing.
The breakfast was full-service, and everything was of good quality.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santiago.

Staying at Hotel Magnolia was wonderful! Staff was friendly and fun, helpful beyond measure and provided excellent service!! We walked to many attractions with ease and no safety concerns. And when we were all walked out, we enjoyed cocktails and dinner on the beautiful rooftop looking at Santa Lucia hill. Highly recommend this little gem!
