Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente incrível e superou todas as expectativas. Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado. As áreas comuns do hotel são igualmente impecáveis. O lobby é moderno, confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto, oferecendo ambientes para socialização e relaxamento. The bed was good, actually it was the only good thing. The staff were not willing to provide any basic assistance to the guest in the hotel. There are way better options in the vey same street, just a little further up. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Nice hotel in the centre of Copiapó. The room was small, no fridge, no complimentary water, the bed was quite squeeky but the rain show was good. Parking with pass was convenient. The restaurant is expensive. Don't expect a smile from the staff, they are too busy hanging out anyway.

Dormí con frío (noche del 27.10 al 28.10), llamé al servicio y no me dieron solución, por lo que a la mañana siguiente me retiré del hotel. El viernes 27.10 a las 22:30 hrs no estaba funcionando la cocina, y no fui a ningún lugar del entorno, porque no lo encontré seguro. Debería haber opción de comida prepreparada

The room was satisfactory in comfort and cleanliness, fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety. 15-20 minute walk from the bus station and close to the central area. High floor had a great view. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (which is not allowed in the hotel) from previous occupants. We told the three staff on receptionists who did not offer an apology or solution. We complained again about this on check out, again with no real customer service skills evident. Complaints have been made via Expedia and to the ibis hotel group directly; neither has even bothered to respond.

Ingreso y estadia impecables, habitacion limpia, con lo necesario para la estadia, lo malo es que publicitan desayuno a la habitacion, pero por covid, estando ahi, avisan que no lo llevan.

The room was satisfactory in comfort and cleanliness, fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety. 15-20 minute walk from the bus station and close to the central area. High floor had a great view. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (which is not allowed in the hotel) from previous occupants. We told the three staff on receptionists who did not offer an apology or solution. We complained again about this on check out, again with no real customer service skills evident. Complaints have been made via Expedia and to the ibis hotel group directly; neither has even bothered to respond.
