The apartment hotel was very clean and nicely renovated. It had a balcony with a great city view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a 24 hour concierge which was very helpful as well as housekeeping daily. The metro station was only a couple of blocks away and there were convenient stores all around to get water or other supplies. The area was also very safe to walk in. All in all, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable.
Other than that, all was just perfect.

Apartamento limpo e organizado, quartos silenciosos. Portaria 24h. Localização muito boa. Estacionamento. Limpeza diária dos quartos e banheiros.

Não tem ar condicionado no quarto menor, apenas na sala e na suite
O banheiro externo tem uma ducha muito boa e agradável, entretanto vazava muita água para fora do Box do chuveiro.

Excellent customer service and a great location made for a pleasant stay. The space was a bit small, and there were some minor issues with the shower, TV connection, and slow WiFi, but overall still a positive experience.

Deviam informar que trocam toalhas e lencois em 3 a 4 dias na descriçao de comodidades. Só dispõe de sabonete liquido sem shampoo. Faltavam xícaras. Apartamento em geral limpo, mas com encardidos na banheira e vaso sanitário.

Adoramos o apartamento. O sofá cama da sala era muito confortável para as crianças, a cozinha tinha o essencial para uma estadia mais longa. No geral era muito confortável e em uma excelente localização.

En general bien, pero creo q podrían tener un sistema de atención q incluyera el domingo. Nos llamo la atención pq en el aviso se dice q tienen servicio diario y no es efectivo.
Por otra, parte hay una gotera sobre el maletero de la habitación q podría ser del aire acondicionado q mojó y manchó gran parte de nuestra ropa. Muy molestos por esto.
La TV esta von una parte de ka pantalla con una, falla.

O atendente da chegada Juan Pablo nao foi nada simpatico, pelo contrario.Estavamos com dificuldades para estacionar o carro e descer as malas. Ao inves de ajudar, criticou

Por varios dias nao limparam as bancadas da cozinha. Janelas e cantos da casa muito sujas. Varanda completamente suja.
E o pior é que nao tinham produtos de limpeza. Balde, vassoura, rodo. Nada
Na cozinha tambem faltaram utensilios. Tivemos que comprar pano de chao, jogo americano, pano de prato

Cosy and clean apartments in the beautiful Las Condes area. Very safe area to walk around with lots of lovely restaurants close by and Open Kennedy shopping mall. Close to metro too. Staff were super friendly and helpful too, thank you. Loved our stay :)
