Hotel muito bem localizado, garagem incluída em uma região de estacionamentos pagos (inclusive na rua). Acomodação nova e bem conservada, embora a cama não seja excepcional de conforto (mas longe de ser desconfortável). Café da manhã com boas opções mas repetitivo ao longo dos dias. O suco poderia ser melhor. Quarto limpo todos os dias, arrumação rápida (muitas vezes durante o café da manhã), academia com esteira, transport, bike ergométrica, banco e pesos livres. Piscina pequena mas aquecida. Vista do quarto para o lago e vulcão Osorno (muitos quartos com vista, apesar de não serem todos). Saguão agradável para passar o tempo, inclusive com vista ao lago/vulcao. Um ótimo local. Eu, se pensar em retornar a Puerto Varas, com certeza repito o hotel. Quarto grande para 4 adultos (cama de casal tamanho padrão, então um pouco “pequena”).

Disappointing. Bed was terrible, very hard and old, room was way too hot to sleep every night with no AC. Restaurant was OK for breakfast, but service at dinner was absolutely awful - took 25 minutes just to get a menu, despite the restaurant not being busy, as staff were too busy chatting among themselves. One star for the location, and some of the staff are good, but overall this is a very poorly run hotel and fails miserably at the core hotel function of being a comfortable room to sleep. Awful.

El recepcionista de la parte de la tarde no sabe atender bien a los huéspedes. Le pedí que me cambiara de habitación porque era para minusválidos y que no tenía silla para trabajar y me dijo que estaba todo ocupado y la silla nunca llegó. Después de una horas bajé y estaba una chica muy simpática y le comenté mi caso y al tiro me dijo que me cambiaba pero ya no tenía tiempo de arreglar las cosas porque me iba a trabajar. Definitiva no debe tratar a los huéspedes.

The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again!
