Refugio Atreyu

The staff were absolutely incredible and took great care of me. The Refugio is nicely located for skiing. The dinner was 5*. I love everything about this place and will definitely come back.

Staff are so friendly and kind.

Loved the lodge and friendliness of the people running it. Its about 30min drive up to La parva, really secluded in nature and wonderful. Fire on every night and you can also get an evening meal, which is home cooked.

Tivemos dias simplesmente maravilhosos. Hospedamos entre 14 a 17 de Junho de 2025. Tivemos uma nevasca linda. Podemos viver cenas de cinema. Local muito acolhedor. Atendimento super carinhoso. Café da Manhã muito bom. Chuveiro e quarto super quentinho. Aquecedor dos ambientes todos excelente. Uma alternativa de preço bem bacana a 15 Quilometros de Farellones e 25 do Vale Nevado. SUPER RECOMENDO

Eten was matig, geen keuze en nogal wat over de datum (mayonaise 6mnd). Mensen erg aardig, maar er was meestal niemand. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en hoe moeilijk is het nou om dingen netjes vast te maken? En schoon te maken, want dat is ook ondermaats. Maar goed, voor reizigers zonder veel eisen is er goed te overnachten.

Não iria novamente. A vista para as montanhas era inexistente, pois a parte transparente estava suja. O chuveiro estava quebrado e jogava metade da água pra longe. Tive que limpar o filtro do ar condicionado, pois o mesmo estava tão sujo que nem funcionava direito. Sem frigobar no quarto.

O hotel tem uma proposta interessante de ser algo mais rústico, porém, visivelmente precisa passar por reformas!! Reservei por apenas uma diária e tinha sido pago antecipadamente e ao chegar, fui cobrado novamente, pois não tinham o controle disso! Não havia internet pra mostrar o recibo pelo celular. A internet via starlink só pega em um lugar específico do hotel. A piscina aquecida estava fechada e não podia ser usada. O local da hidromassagem estava super sujo, com taças de vinhos usadas por outros hóspedes que já haviam usado há alguns dias… o quarto não tinha aquecedor e no dia nevou muito de madrugada… os ofurôs estavam sem nenhuma condição de uso e com sinais de abandono! Como disse no início, está precisando de reparos urgentes!

Nestled at the base of the majestic high Andes, just 50km from Santiago Airport and 30km from Vallé Nevado, this charming refuge provided a one-of-a-kind retreat. The room I stayed in was both rustic and cozy, with a natural rock feature that protruded into the room and even extended into the bathroom – a quaint touch that added so much character and connection to the surrounding nature. Breakfast is included, and one of the highlights was being able to cook my own eggs just the way I like them! The flexibility and personal touch made mornings feel just like home. For dinner, you can enjoy a variety of delicious options for about US$20, making it a great value considering the quality and local flavors. Additionally, there’s a covered pool inside a dome, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. Although the drive to the ski fields involves some thrilling hairpin switchbacks, it’s well worth it. Being able to stay in this peaceful haven rather than in more commercialized and expensive options closer to the slopes made my trip so much more relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for an affordable yet authentic Andean experience, I highly recommend Refugio Atreyu. It’s a unique and memorable place to stay while enjoying the beauty and adventure of the Andes!

Lugar sensacional! Muito gostoso, aconchegante e com bom preço pelo padrão. Amei e pretendo voltar mais vezes pra esquiar na montanha. Obrigado Alejandro e todos os funcionários pela ótima experiência!

É uma excelente opção pra quem quer esquiar, mas não quer pagar os valores absurdos dos Hotéis do Valle Nevado e El Colorado.

Nice family run business

Ótima hospedagem nas Cordilheiras, local acolhedor, equipe prestativa, quarto aconchegante com ar condicionado. A pousada tem um café e restaurante para almoços ou jantares. Adoramos, pena que só ficamos uma noite.

Great vibe and good place to meet up with skiers and get advice on places to ski.

Misleading as per the first photo which shows a hot tub. So there is in fact a hot tub, but since they do not list "hot tub" in the amenity's list, this hotel claims they can charge a daily fee for use of the hot tub, which is very misleading as the charge is about 1/3 of the total room rate per day. Breakfast was perfect and rooms are small, but very quaint and expected for a bed and breakfast hotel.

Beautiful and cosy little boutique hotel family owned. The owner and staff are incredible. Best deal in the area, clean, comfy, good breakfast included, close to the city (15 min by car) if you want to go for a fancy dinner and 30 min from the slops if you want to ski, what else do you need?
