Great character property with a peaceful feel in the courtyard The staff on duty were excellent ( Heidi gave us a lot of care and a lovely Cappuccino) Staff who arranged taxi very good Great to be inside the City walls

What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard was a real pleasure. The rooms give you a complete taste of old china whist enjoying the lovely equipped bathroom, and comfortable authentic bed. Added to this the beautiful city of pingyao. Highly recommended the elsewhere hotel and pingyao. :) xx

What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard was a real pleasure. The rooms give you a complete taste of old china whist enjoying the lovely equipped bathroom, and comfortable authentic bed. Hotel que guarda la apariencia tradicional de la ciudad con unas instalaciones del baño de la habitación totalmente remodeladas. Ubicación muy buena, dentro de la muralla y alejada del ruido, a 10 minutos andando del centro neurálgico. El personal muy atento y con un trato más que excelente!
