We booked a room with a sofa bed for our teen, and they had it made up for us upon arrival— very nice! Bed was very comfortable, loved that they had windows that could actually open so we could get fresh air. Only reason I didn’t put excellent for more categories is because one day of our multi day stay, they did a less than stellar job on cleaning up and didnt refill our coffee stash. But the other days were excellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay there a safe and comfortable one. The hotel was also much cleaner and more comfortable than I had expected.

Although the hotel seems to be in a secluded area, it was close to the subway. The closest subway station was in a convenient location - close to the airport and other scenic places I visited.
The breakfast buffet was great and the gym was also very nice - had most of the equipment I needed for my workouts. I used the laundry facilities, which was also very easy to use.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I needed a translator for a matter and they helped resolve the issue. Very nice people and very nice hotel!

It’s a very nice hotel, with reasonable rates. My main disappointment was that it is an American hotel, and not one person speaks any English, even at the front desk. The location is sort of hard to find and get to as well, and confusing how it is mixed down with apartments, using the same elevator. Other than that, a quality hotel.
