I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the front desk agent, Lily. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. Her exceptional service and genuine care for guests are a testament to the high standards of Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport. I will definitely be returning. 搭飛機前夜一泊，雖然偏僻但附近就有住宅小區，很多東西可以吃。房間不失望地非常寬敞，凌晨五點還有專車接送至機場，又貼心地附上了外帶的早餐（水煮蛋、香蕉、蘋果、牛奶），很舒服又不貴。

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The only downside I encountered was the lack of a pedestrian path for walking around the 8 km distance. This made it a bit challenging to explore the surrounding area on foot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its great service and hospitality.
