This is a family visit. The hotel is located near Changle park(old 动物园). There is a subway station right outside the hotel. There are a lot of subway lines build recently at Xian. It is very convenient to travel around city with subways. At hotel's parking lot, there is bus station for buses to Xian Xianyang airport. In short, the transportation is very good. The room has two full beds and one added single bed for 3 persons, with free bottle water, umbrella which I do not remember I see at US' hotel. There is balcony overseeing a pond. First floor might be better for the view. We were at 8th floor and nearby building are much higher than us. The hotel staff is polite and does not take tip. We had a family dinner at one restaurant inside hotel. The food is good, environment is also good. Another thing worth mention is that this hotel takes US credit card which is convenient for people does not have China bank account/card/Wechat pay.

Very nice oasis like hotel in the buzzling city of Xi’an, extremely close to subway and just oposite street (go to subway and take exit C), very nice park and lots very good restaurants. Tey get room facing coart yard with pond, very good buffet.

初めは少し古い感じがしましたが、時間が経ってゆっくり過ごすと、安心で落ち着いて良いホテルだと思うようになりました。ホテル内の湖に面した採光の具合や、建築の素材も質が良く、クラシックホテルとしての良さが有ります。ホテル近くに中国の特色ある屋台もあり、空港へのバスもホテルから直接出ますので、とても便利です。

ホテルから空港行き直通リムジンバスあり、地下鉄の出口から徒歩1分、交通はとっても便利でした。古いホテルでしたが清潔感あり、部屋も広くて快適でした。 五つ星に評価したいところですが、チェックアウトの際フロントで空港行きのバス乗り場を確認したにもかかわらず時間になってもバスが到着しなかった事を気がつき、ほかのお客様に尋ねてみたら、その日ホテルの前にお祝い事があるためバスの乗り場は臨時に駐車場の入り口になったと聞き、焦って走りました、幸いバスを待っててくれました。それでサービスに関してマイナスを付けました。残念です。でも再度利用したいホテルです。

Hôtel situé directement en sortie d'une bouche de métro, donc très facile d'accès. Personnel très accueillant, parlant anglais. Possibilité de réserver des excursion, petit déjeuner vraiment copieux avec un immense choix. La chambre était très propre, avec un petit balcon. Calme la nuit. Nombreux services d'étage, ménage journalier. Je suis vraiment satisfait de mon séjour !

The place was perfect. Right next to the metro and bus station. The place was clean. We got a deluxe double room with a balcony. It was on the second the floor. I felt overall it was clean but it could have been better. I saw in my room next to the screen and balcony an old food bone. And I am allergic to dust and I could feel it. But I am more sensitive than others. I would definitely recommend this place. If I came back, I would come back to this hotel. I had overall a good experience.

The hotel is just a bit old, with some mold in the showers. The could do a better job at cleaning and the hotel could use some updates. The staff was very helpful, the subway is very close and there are many restaurants and places to shop nearby. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

Checking in process was fast and smooth. Room is a bit old. Dimly lit. Non smoking floor but there r guests smoking outside. Told them not to they still argued and ask the manager up.

The hotel staff cannot speak English well and will tend to ignore foreign guests who do not speak Chinese. But that is not the worst of it: I have never stayed in a hotel in any country in the last 10 years that did not have access to WiFi that would allow me to check email. This hotel had no internet access to speak of. When I complained, the hotel staff told me my computer could not talk to the internet because (wait for it) "your computer is not Chinese!" True story--and the reason for my disappointment with this hotel. The hotel staff took me to their business center, which was equipped with Windows XP machines that could not connect to anything--even Chinese websites. Stay at this hotel if you wish to experience the living conditions that were faced by the army of the first emperor of all China several thousand years ago!

The hotel is just a bit old, with some mold in the showers. The could do a better job at cleaning and the hotel could use some updates. The staff was very helpful, the subway is very close and there are many restaurants and places to shop nearby. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

Checking in process was fast and smooth. Room is a bit old. Dimly lit. Non smoking floor but there r guests smoking outside. Told them not to they still argued and ask the manager up.

The hotel staff cannot speak English well and will tend to ignore foreign guests who do not speak Chinese. But that is not the worst of it: I have never stayed in a hotel in any country in the last 10 years that did not have access to WiFi that would allow me to check email. This hotel had no internet access to speak of. When I complained, the hotel staff told me my computer could not talk to the internet because (wait for it) "your computer is not Chinese!" True story--and the reason for my disappointment with this hotel. The hotel staff took me to their business center, which was equipped with Windows XP machines that could not connect to anything--even Chinese websites. Stay at this hotel if you wish to experience the living conditions that were faced by the army of the first emperor of all China several thousand years ago!
