Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed staying here very much.
The owners are kind and hospitable, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.
Thanks to them I can get my train and tourist tickets without a hassle.
It’s near many eating spots and it’s a quiet peaceful neighbourhood for a wonderful retreat.

The hosts immediately made us feel like family with their suggestions and eagerness to help out! We wouldn’t have been able to make the most of our time in the national parks without them. The area of the hotel is a little hard to access directly by car, but easy to find a taxi outside and has a lot of amazing street food accessible at all times. And if you need any help, the hosts will surely be able to assist.

Adorei o atendimento do hotel Tila e Lin são maravilhosos..sempre te ajudam em tudo..me explicaram o tour do parque,como fazer a trilha,o ônibus,o táxi.. simplesmente excepcional o carinho atendimento.. o hotel
é simples , mas posso afirmar que fui melhor atendida do que hotéis 5 estrelas que fiquei hospedada na China,sem café da manhã,limpo,se quiser ir ao parque tem que pegar táxi até a estação de ônibus e de lá partem pro parque.. é fácil mas escreva tudo em chinês pois ninguém fala inglês na rua..Tila e Lin falam bem inglês e ajudam muito ,escreveram em chinês o nome do hotel , ônibus..fui sozinha e fiz tudo...quando voltar a Zhangyiajie vou me hospedar novamente aqui

The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The owner was super helpful and got cabs for us when we needed and also drove us to tour destinations and train stations. I would recommend this place

We had a great stay at their hotel. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. She was very sweet the first day she noticed we were under the weather so when we got to back to the hotel in the evening she brought us some plum tea which was very good. Almost everyday we were there she has brought us either sweets/ tea or fruits. She was also very helpful and recommended more things for us to do and see. So if you’re ever in Zhangjiajie consider staying with them they are amazing!
