Good - Very convenient to metro and bus services. It’s next to a shopping mall with a super market. Bad - Must keep edibles away to discourage cockroaches.

從來未住過那麼差賓館，毛巾有血跡，杯有唇膏跡，咖啡跡，茶跡，冷氣風口佈滿灰塵，梳化破爛，有使用過啲棉花棒，廚房有吃完的提子，被薄得像紙，開了燈的話同時間開冷氣，冷氣不到十分鐘會自動關掉，可能電壓不足吧，把燈關掉，冷氣才能整晚使用，隔音差得很，說好了十二點退房，早上不夠十一點竟然有人拿鑰匙開房說要換被，不知所謂，我還未退房竟然夠膽進來，房間外的走廊瀰漫著一陣陣酸臭味，比百多元的房間更加不堪入，後悔付二百多元港幣買難受

地點很好, 跟住一般酒店的感覺不同，它在民居中有點回到家的感覺, 就是我住的房間熱水系統比較不穩定, 時熱時冷, 有待改善

나름 괜찮은 위치에 움직이기 용이했고, 바퀴벌레가 움직이는 모습을 견디기는 건 조금 힘들었네요.. 자주 청소가 되지 않는 점도 조금 아쉬었구여.. 그래도 여러가지 측면에서 서비스등이 나쁘지 않은 가성비로는 괜찮았던 느낌입니다.

地點方便，員工友善，電視海量頻道，有足球直播，免卻一般酒店 check in check out程序！ 缺點主要在浴室， 熱水 調溫有點問題 ，不是太熱就是完全凍水 蓮蓬頭出水太尖 如針刺！ 房價優惠 已預訂5月份住宿。

Right next to a huge shopping centre. And Subway station is connected at shopping Mall basement. Very friendly staff. Please ensure your phone have wechat and baidu Map.

Nära till många bra restauranger och till tunnelbana. Bra boende men städningen kunde varit ännu bättre. Det var en del småkryp på rummet, någon sorts små skalbaggar. Trevlig personal!

The hotel location is good except during my stay there is construction going on which affect direct access to the hotel. While there are a lot of places for food on the street, they might not appeal to some people but then there is MacDonald & KFC! The adjacent mall is modern but most of the shops are expensive. The hotel room is self contained with washer and fully equipped kitchen. However, everything is a bit dated, the hot water tank needs upgrade, the toilet bowl in my room was leaking at the base. It was annoying but apparently cannot fixed! There are small cockroaches running around occasionally. Also the apartment is located in a mixed commercial/residential building. Although there are 4 elevators but the wait time is long especially during peak hours! Checking in was confusing and that staff cannot speak English however my communication with the owner, Leona was excellent and helpful. Regardless of the defects, I think it's a good apartment /hotel to stay. I will stay again next time when I am in Shenzhen.

You would do better sleeping in the Streets The Mamaya can be described in 2 simple words - Hotel nightmare! Recipe for a nightmare - 30 minutes to check in ... even when there is no one in front if you. Then move on to non existent views (they downright lie in the advert). Mmm ... how about some mini cockroaches everywhere. Want a Shower - have some filthy black mould, try to dry off without using the stained towels, and then hope to get some rest on the rock hard bed. There you go - that street pavement sure looks good now- at least there’s a decent view. Oh well, they say you have to experience the bad in order to appreciate the good. Every other hotel is going to seem like 6 star luxury after this one. Full refund please!

香港からアクセスもよく　LO-LUから地下鉄一本で電子街も近くとてもよいです。　エレベーターの利用だけ注意が必要ですがとても快適でした。スタッフの愛想もよかったです。

周邊環境寧靜, 飲食、購物也很方便。屋內設施尚可，熱水爐出水不夠熱。 洗手盆上的洗碗海綿見到發霉及有異味

鄰近深圳地鐵, 交通極佳。附近是住宅區為主, 整體感覺比較寧靜, 購物也很方便。入住當晚適逢世界杯, 樓下大型商場舉辦有關活動, 球迷打氣的聲音比較大。 屋內設備, 除了洗手盆, 櫃等比較舊, 其他設備也可以。

就是很普通的apartment, 設施都有點舊, 整體來說還好吧這個價錢

Good location at city center, near shopping center. Location is very near Science Museum MTR. Friendly receptionist. The place is actually an old condominium, however bed sheet and towel are clean. No-frills accomodation.

Musty smell, dirty bathroom and kitchenette, hard bed, disorganized check in procedure but good location

My very first time to Shenzhen for more than a week. Although the property was not as cozy as hotel, but general condition of the property was great. And the host - Leona was helpful during my stay, whenever I went to her place to ask, she will be always willing to help. But just bear in mind, this is a normal residential apartment, daily life noise is somehow unavoidable. The family living next to me was extremely loud when they were awake.

交通非常方便，購物也方便，樓下餐廳很多，吃也方便，旁邊也有一個購物商城，還有電影院！讓人下次再去深圳時，會想再住的的飯店！而且房內也有廚房，可以自己買食材自己煮，有家的感覺！
