Nos dejaron una habitación en frente del ascensor 701 lo que hizo que no pudiéramos dormir bien, aparte al pedirles otra la respuesta fue simplemente que no tenían más cuando si habían más habitacipnes disponibles, las camas dice que son doble pero la verdad ahí solo cabe 1 persona, el ruido de los vidrios del balcón son aterradarores uno cree que se van a caer, no puede Uno tener la ventana abierta porque el sonido no deja dormir.

Hey everyone we love this hotel , it’s new very comfortable beds . Convenient to everything walk to the beach , the beach it’s public so you be harassed by lots of vendors. Private bleach take a taxi . If you want a QUIET HOTEL this is NOT the place . Party Rumba all night . We love to party so we love it . Don’t expect hot water it’s Colombia not USA . Breakfast it’s not that great.

Clean, very secure, great rates and in a great part of the city, walking distance to the beach!!!

I reserved two rooms for multiple nights in this hotel, one for me and one for a friend and her child. I stayed only one day because I could not sleep through the noise. Unless you have the ability to sleep through loud music, you should not even consider this hotel. There is a bar/restaurant/casino under the Marco Polo, and loud noise and music continue until the early hours of morning. We moved to a nearby hotel (a quiet one) with facilities and rooms at least as nice for only half the price. In other words, the Hotel Marco Polo is also quite overpriced. All attempts for a refund for all of the unused nights have been rebuffed/ignored. Terrible experience. Reservé dos habitaciones para varias noches en este hotel, una para mí y otra para una amiga y su hijo. Me quedé sólo un día porque no pude dormir por el ruido. A menos que tengas la capacidad de dormir con música alta, ni siquiera deberías considerar este hotel. Hay un bar/restaurante/casino debajo del Marco Polo, y el ruido y la música continúan hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Nos mudamos a un hotel cercano (tranquilo) con instalaciones y habitaciones al menos igual de bonitas por sólo la mitad de precio. En otras palabras, el Hotel Marco Polo también es demasiado caro. Todos los intentos de reembolso de todas las noches no utilizadas han sido rechazados/ignorados. Experiencia terrible.

Noisy and overpriced The Hotel Parco Polo sits atop an independently owned noisy bar/restaurant that plays loud music until the early hours of morning. After one night (of a week-long reservation) of not being able to get to sleep, I fled to a quieter hotel nearby. Not only was the new place quiet, its accommodations were just as nice as the Marco Polo's for half the price. Moreover, my repeated attempts to get some refund for my unused nights totally failed. Avoid this place like the plague.

Es terrible q este hotel no tenga closet donde colgar y colocar la ropa. No funciona la luz del corredor, a veces si a veces no. No hay agua caliente. No hay lámpara de mesa de noche . Buen servicio de todo el personal. Muy bien por Instalaciones nuevas.
