Stayed here for three nights while receiving dental work nearby. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. They even didn’t get frustrated with my terrible Spanish. Rooms were spotless and hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The gym is located on the rooftop and looked to be under renovation. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Excelente hotel, la limpieza es impecable y la atención de todo el personal del hotel es muy buena. Todos son muy amables. El desayuno me encantó es variado y tiene de todo. Las camas son cómodas y el hotel todo el tiempo tiene un olor muy agradable. El hotel es 10/10 y el precio muy muy conveniente

I had a pleasant stay at the NH Collection Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. However, the road in front of the hotel is currently undergoing improvements, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, so it may not be ideal for those looking to be in the center of everything. That said, it’s a great option for a business trip, and I would recommend it for travelers who prioritize comfort and service.

Didnt like that construction was happening on roads outside the hotel and I wasnt told before hand.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, céntrico a todo, habitaciones cómodas y buen desayuno, lo recomiendo

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with my family. During the check-in process and in the Expedia conditions, they never mentioned the fee for visitors. On the third day, some family members came to visit us in our three rooms. That night, the front desk called to inform us that if our visitors stayed after 10 PM, we would be charged $30 the next day. The following day, I tried to contact the manager, but he could not explain why this fee wasn't mentioned during the check-in or reservation process. Instead, he talked about his background and dominated the conversation for 20 minutes without addressing any of my concerns. I also mentioned that a rude staff member had called us in an unprofessional manner just two days prior. We had given him a cellphone that we found at the reception area, but he pocketed it instead of returning it immediately. When the owner of the cellphone came back looking for it, he never mentioned that he had it until we alerted her. I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel and the manager—not only for the unexpected fee but also for the unprofessional treatment of guests. This is not a five-star hotel, as their facilities are mediocre and do not offer any conveniences for hosting visitors.

Al momento de llegar la habitación no estaba lista. Habitación me dieron una de impedidos y no fue la elegida. Se escucha todo de habitación del lado. Es un panel con rótitos mínimos lo que divide la habítacion de la otra. Área de Rest muy cara la cena para ser platos recalentados.

Excelente recibimiento por parte de Johana en la recepción. Muy buena ubicación y las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones.

El primer día no puede usar el internet porque estaba a menos de 1 mega, luego medio se podia usar pero igual era muy lento, tener este tipo de internet en pleno 2024 es vergonzoso, aparte de eso todo bien, el hotel e instalaciones estan muy bien, si no hace mucho uso del internet este hotel es muy bueno calidad precio, pero si su viaje es como el mio que era por negocios mejor busque otro, hay muchas opciones cerca que tienen infinitamente mejor internet. Y el personal tambien muy bueno, muy amable, todo bien excepto el internet.
