Hotel and staff have no accountability. We booked a high end room and paid premium for a King Deluxe with Balcony and Sea View room in Royal Blue only to be placed into their sister hotel the Royal Ariston. Reception didn’t know why the switch happened and they wouldn’t move us claiming it wasn’t available. Receptions advised they would get with the manager to investigate but no one ever reached out to us. Upon check out the manager was again unavailable and another receptionist didn’t care about our complaint saying it’s the same class room. This was the second time this happened. In August 2023 we booked the Royal Naptun but were at that time also placed into the Royal Ariston. For anyone considering the booking and paying extra you might want to reconsider and just book the cheapest one since it’s very likely that’s where they will place you.

スーパーはちょっと遠いですが、バス停が近くにあって便利でした！ 20代の脚だと、ホテルから旧市街まで歩いてそのままスルジ山登山まで難なくこなせました。 お忙しいせいか文化の違いなのか、スタッフの皆さんはあまりフレンドリーな感じはしません。しかし、聞いたことにはちゃんと答えてくれるし、朝方お湯が出なくなって困った時も24時間のフロントで対応してくれました。 アメニティは基本的なものは揃えてあります。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ(シャワージェル)、ハンドソープ、保湿クリームは全てロクシタンのブランドで揃えてあります。とてもいい香りです！ 歯ブラシだけはありませんでした。

Great facility only complaint is they need to upgrade their 20 year old room key system as cards continually demagnatize and you have to go to front desk and get a new key and it happens so much they didn't ask for id so thats not great either.

Am Ende der Royalhotelkette gelegen war es sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht mit dem tollen Balkon war super und durch die Glasfasade konnte man den Meerblick auch aus dem Bett genießen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht überragend. Die Preise der Restaurants der Hotelkette zu hoch. In der Umgebung gab es günstige Alternativen. Die Bushaltestelle in der Nähe mit dem Zubringer zur Altstadt war ein Highlight. Tipp: Wer auf die Mauern der Altstadt will, sollte den Dubrovnik Pass kaufen. Der kostet soviel wie der Eintritt auf die Mauer hat aber das Busticket und vieles mehr mit drin.

This hotel is amazing!! The view from our room was incredible. I don’t know how you can beat a sunset view like we had! The staff were amazing and helpful. The spa offered lovely packages for couples as well as solo treatments. The gym had a cable machine, smith machine, dumbbells, a multi use machine and cardio equipment. Everything we ate was absolute fire. This hotel is not the closest to old town but a 20 minute cab ride will get you there! The front desk can call you a cab. The viral cave bar is only a 5 min walk away and there are many other dining options along the sea wall if you fancy eating off the resort. Highly recommend this property!!

Grande chambre, j’ai eu 2 grands lits au lieu d’un seul (pratique j’avoue) mais la moquette était tachée, rien de grave. Sinon tout était nickel. Le personnel est respectueux de nos affaires personnels. Personnel disponible et réactif, ma carte s’est désactivée car je l’ai collée à mon téléphone donc attention. Petit déjeuner complet il y a de tout même pour les plus difficiles (sans gluten etc..) si vous trouvez rien à manger c’est que vous faite exprès. Bar à œufs incroyable. Hôtel très propre avec une belle vue surtout le rooftop avec la piscine le soir ! Des bars partout on risque pas de mourir de soif. Salle de sport petite mais complète j’ai pu faire les entraînements que je voulais. Arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied pour aller en vieille ville ou au port en moins de 15 min (aussi bien que Paris). Seul bémol c’est la privatisation d’une piscine pour notre dernier jour par une entreprise. Une employée a été très hautaine pour nous faire comprendre qu’on devait pas être là. Mais dans la globalité très bon séjour. Je pense revenir si ça change pas d’ici là.

Great facility only complaint is they need to upgrade their 20 year old room key system as cards continually demagnatize and you have to go to front desk and get a new key and it happens so much they didn't ask for id so thats not great either.

Am Ende der Royalhotelkette gelegen war es sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht mit dem tollen Balkon war super und durch die Glasfasade konnte man den Meerblick auch aus dem Bett genießen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht überragend. Die Preise der Restaurants der Hotelkette zu hoch. In der Umgebung gab es günstige Alternativen. Die Bushaltestelle in der Nähe mit dem Zubringer zur Altstadt war ein Highlight. Tipp: Wer auf die Mauern der Altstadt will, sollte den Dubrovnik Pass kaufen. Der kostet soviel wie der Eintritt auf die Mauer hat aber das Busticket und vieles mehr mit drin.

This hotel is amazing!! The view from our room was incredible. I don’t know how you can beat a sunset view like we had! The staff were amazing and helpful. The spa offered lovely packages for couples as well as solo treatments. The gym had a cable machine, smith machine, dumbbells, a multi use machine and cardio equipment. Everything we ate was absolute fire. This hotel is not the closest to old town but a 20 minute cab ride will get you there! The front desk can call you a cab. The viral cave bar is only a 5 min walk away and there are many other dining options along the sea wall if you fancy eating off the resort. Highly recommend this property!!

Our stay was the most beautiful experience we had! Clean, roomy, the food was incredible, the people are absolutely amazing’ one thing though you really need to have water in the room!

Grande chambre, j’ai eu 2 grands lits au lieu d’un seul (pratique j’avoue) mais la moquette était tachée, rien de grave. Sinon tout était nickel. Le personnel est respectueux de nos affaires personnels. Personnel disponible et réactif, ma carte s’est désactivée car je l’ai collée à mon téléphone donc attention. Petit déjeuner complet il y a de tout même pour les plus difficiles (sans gluten etc..) si vous trouvez rien à manger c’est que vous faite exprès. Bar à œufs incroyable. Hôtel très propre avec une belle vue surtout le rooftop avec la piscine le soir ! Des bars partout on risque pas de mourir de soif. Salle de sport petite mais complète j’ai pu faire les entraînements que je voulais. Arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied pour aller en vieille ville ou au port en moins de 15 min (aussi bien que Paris). Seul bémol c’est la privatisation d’une piscine pour notre dernier jour par une entreprise. Une employée a été très hautaine pour nous faire comprendre qu’on devait pas être là. Mais dans la globalité très bon séjour. Je pense revenir si ça change pas d’ici là.

The royal blue was soup to nuts, inclusive, wonderful customer service and anything you needed was provided promptly. The hotel guests were also very friendly and understanding of language barriers.
