Fantastic location for city center stays! The ease of check-in and checkout is unmatched and the property communicated regularly regarding my stay and offered check-in prior to arrival. The room is modern and comfortable, offering a shared kitchen if you wanted to stay in and prepare your own meals. I was so please with my choice to stay at this location and will come back again!

Walkable to all the main places. Enjoyed our stay. Parking was ok but we parked and didn’t move the car for 3 days. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bed comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Nice amenities.

Walkable to all the main places. Enjoyed our stay. Parking was ok but we parked and didn’t move the car for 3 days. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bed comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Nice amenities.

The chicken and chicken prices were very awful. If I didn't have a SIM card on my phone I wouldn't be able to reach anybody regarding any instructions on how to get into the apartment. The host did not send any instructions to my email or contact me via my Google phone ahead of time. There were also no instructions on how to park and I had to inquire about that and remind them that there was a parking that they advertised. After check out process I was requested to leave the key on a table inside the apartment and I also left the key fob for parking there not knowing that the parking Gates would not open automatically when we tried to drive out. The problem is we got locked on the backyard of the property because we couldn't get into the property or outside of it through the gates because the gates could only be opened using the keyfob and the door from the back had no electronic key pad and needed a key to be opened. I jad to climb the fence to get to the main doot with an electronic key lock to access the property and then wait for the clean to open the door to get the gate key fob. The should have warned that the gate does not open automatically when trying to drive out.

Fint och fräscht rum med tyst läge, cirka 5 minuters promenad från centrum. Nära mataffär och smidig incheckning. Bra utrustat kök och badrum, rummet var mycket välstädat. Lite lyhört mellan rummen dock, men det var ingenting som störde oss.

The San Martino room served our one night stay perfectly. There is no front desk but the owner sent us information on how to get into the room. The owner also explained how we can get parking on the street. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable. We liked it because it was close to town. We had the ability to watch Netflix which was a nice bonus.

What a great find! Kristina met us in front of the place and showed us where to get free parking- so great!! She then pretty much told us all we need to know about Pula and which directions to take for what and where to eat that night too! Such a great welcome into Pula after a long journey! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Walking distance to everything you would want to see in Pula too. They also have a shared kitchen where you could prepare breakfast if you need to. The rooms are clean and modern looking. So pleased with this find.

Very nice place, extremely modern (most of the top star places we’ve stayed in the US are not even this modern). At first, I was a little sketched out as there is no reception desk and need to wait outside until somebody can let you in. The area is hectic at times too so it was a bit nerve racking. However, it all worked out and while looking back, it was a very smooth start to the stay. If you have never been to Pula (like us), the city looks a bit scary however once you stay there for a night or so, you feel much more comfortable with the city and the excellent location of the hotel. All in all, out of our four country stay during the trip, this hotel was definitely one of the nicest.

Very clean and close to all. The kitchen is in a common area which facilitates three private and separate/lockable rooms with private baths. The host is so very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect - walkable to downtown eating where music and spirits were very inviting from restaurant-to-restaurant. Free Parking ample everywhere- close to airport.

Tuvimos que esperar , pero nos atendió un señor muy amable, nos dieron el 1, y la verdad nos sorprendió, la calidad precio es excelente, suelo del baño calentado por suelo radiante, limpio y cómodo, por otro lado cuentan con cocina común y esta muy bien situado con respecto al centro, tardas 3 minutos al coliseo
