Sun Spalato Luxury Rooms

Review based on the type of property and price point. We booked the largest room. About 46 square metres, but a lot of that “space” was under a pitched roof which you can’t stand under. Great location, handy to have a kitchenette and lounge area. Cons- up 4 flights of stairs and you need to carry your luggage up. My side of the bed was under the pitched roof so I had to crouch over when I got out of bed. Couldn’t get the stovetop to work properly. Overall I would recommend it.

Aika vaikea löytää, mutta sijainti loistava. Pikkaisen voisi huoneen yleisilmettä parantaa, lyhentää verhot ja ilmasrointikoneen voisi imuroida ja takan luukun pestä, mutta kyllä siellä nukkuu ja aamiainen ja palvelu loistava.

Nice apartment in Split Old City. Comfortable, good value but you better like stairs as it is a fourth floor walk up.

Rent og pent og hyggelig rom. Var forberedt på den bratte trappen og lite innbydende inngangen etter å ha lest tidligere anmeldelser, så det var ikke noe problem. Rask og enkel innsjekk på Marmont hotell like ved. Fantastisk beliggenhet, midt i gamlebyen! Og den frokosten på hotellet var helt super! Vi kommer tilbake!!

Great choice for our stay in Split

We did not realize that check in would not be at the property. The door had a note which said to check in at the Marmont Hotel 30m in the given direction. We went passed it, as the hotel is actually on the side street. We finally found it and upon opening the door from the street we saw the dirty floor and very worn staircase. Walls on the stairs were dirty. I was fearful of what we had gotten into. The third set of stairs were nicely finished and the property was then well-maintained. The Marmont Hotel actually owns these apartments and even though they don't own the first two floors, I think they should probably fix them up, so there's a good first impression. The room and bedroom were very clean and modern. As someone else has stated, there's a coffee maker but no coffee. The air conditioning was on, but never got very cool in the room. We had gone to bed about 9:30 and at 9:45 there was very loud music. I looked out the window and right below us there was a keyboard & violinist playing apparently for a restaurant in the alley below. The staff at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast at a cafe attached to the hotel was very nice. The location was great. We had apartment number 1 and it was smaller than the pictures that I had seen online. Apparently others are larger. We have been to Split before and enjoy the city a lot.

We enjoyed the combination of the quiet, spacious , comfortable apartment linked to the facilities and wonderful breakfast of the Marmont hotel. The link with the hotel was a surprise as we had not understood this when booking ( only that we should pick up the keys there). The central location and great advice from the hotel on wine tasting and city tours made a very pleasant and interesting visit.

Great location in old town area with easy access to everything. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast and WiFi. Only issue is stairs are pretty narrow and can be tricky with luggage.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, and the room was lovely. Clean and as pictured! Would highly recommend for the price!

Vi bodde i intilliggande byggnad. Det var många trappor men vi fick hjälp med väskorna. Riktigt boutiqehotell m urtrevlig matsal där en härlig frukost serverades. Riktigt trevlig personal. Kan hämtas med golfbil vid utkanten av gamla stan då taxi inte får köra in. Kan verkligen rekommenderas

Amazing location and spacious clean accommodation

The room we reserved was separated from the hotel we checked in, and the staff wasn't helpful, I asked how to get to the public parking, she didn't know how to get there nor asked anyone to find out, And didn't gave a detail location of the room, that was on the third floor.
