It is one of those hidden gems that you find when you least expect it. The place is absolutely beautiful, with phenomenal views of the neighboring islands sprinkled in a blue sea.
From the owner, Antonio, to the wonderful cook, Jasna, to the cleaning staff, everybody is so friendly, helpful, and warm. To be in such a beautiful environment surrounded by such people is like being in paradise.

We enjoyed a most wonderful stay at this lovely property. Our spacious and clean room with incredibly comfortable bedding and pillows had huge windows and a balcony that overlooked the pool, vineyards and the sea! The view was breathtaking! Antonio, along with his warm and inviting staff, made us feel at home right away. They were attentive and engaging and prepared dinners for us that were the most beautiful, delicious (and plentiful!). There is lots to see and do in the area including hiking, biking, wine tasting and historic sights. If we have the fortune to return to the Peninsula, we would definitely stay at Antonio’s again.

The property was very nice overall. Just be prepared for the walk or drive up the hill, and parking can be difficult in the evenings.
The rooms were nice, but they could have been a little cleaner. It would be nice if they had a fridge for each room. There were also quite a few grasshoppers and spiders around the property, and it’s easy for them to get into the room when you open the door.
Breakfast and dinner were both great, although it was hard to enjoy sitting outside because of all the bees.
The staff was amazing; very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Kamer was prima, maar kan een update en wat herstelzaken gebruiken, zoals bijvoorbeeld de badkamer. Een koelkastje zou wel handig zijn. Bed was goed, lekker geslapen. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, als je iets wil of nodig hebt, kun je het gewoon vragen. Ontbijt was goed. Avondeten was lekker en goed, meer dan voldoende. Uitzicht en ligging zijn geweldig. Tip: Beach bar Adriatic, een prachtige plek om iets te eten en te drinken.

Do not stay here. We paid a premium nightly rate at Hotel Pansion Villa Antonio and were treated to awful service, uncleaned rooms, and aggressive behavior from the staff.
The Transfer Bullying:
We booked our airport transfer using a legitimate booking link sent to us directly by Expedia. Soon after, we spoke to a booking agent for the property who gave us an absolute attitude because we hadn’t booked directly through the hotel. He aggressively complained that the price we got was discounted and stated that they never do that. The hotel explained we should’ve booked through them at an outrageous premium per way. Because we refused, the management gave us passive-aggressive guilt trips for the rest of our stay, including making us feel unwelcome for organizing our own lifts to and from town.
The Arrival Experience:
When we arrived, they brought us to a room but awkwardly told us to wait outside while they "checked" it. When we walked in, we realized why: it was old, uncleaned, and smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Luckily for us, the air conditioning was broken, so they were forced to move us to a different room.
Zero Housekeeping:
During our entire stay, our room was never serviced. The bed covers were never changed even though we ask, the trash was left full, and sheets were never changed. They did a quick towel swap on day two, but only because we outrightly asked.

Our stay in Villa Antonio was lovely. The property is only 5 mins drive from marina with Ferry to Korcula island, and all the restaurants. This Mediterranean style villa is facing the Adriatic Sea and the views are amazing! You can see several islands and the sunset colors are so pretty! The villa is surrounded by vineyards and has lemon and orange trees everywhere. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds, clean linens, great hot shower, and a cute balcony overlooking huge salt water pool and the sea. The property also has plenty of parking. Antonio himself greeted us and was there every morning for breakfast to make sure we have everything we need! Him and Yasna were so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, with fruits, fresh baked breads, crapes, omelette, prosciuttos and cheese, different cake every morning, their own jams, olive oil, and honey!
It was my husband’s birthday and Antonio gave him a bottle of wine from his own winery at the villa. The villa and the winery were started by Antonio’s mother, so her legacy is carried on to this days and you can find memorabilia and her antiques throughout the property. We felt like we were visiting a family, not just staying at the resort!

On our way between Split and Dubrovnik lies the splendid city and island of Korcula. Villa Antonio is ideally suited to use the passenger ferry to the island, directly into Korcula old town. While many reviews have already highlighted the splendid breakfast at the hotel, we would love to add and note the superb dinner (buffet style) that we enjoyed during our stay, with plenty of different fish, meats, deserts and other dishes. That alone is a reason to stay at the Villa! We especially recommend booking the suite with view of the sea and two bedrooms, which gave us a fantastic and comfortable 2-night-stay. The only pity was that the rooms do not have fridges to keep cold drinks.

Views from the pool and restaurant are stunning. Some of the staff was friendly, but mr Antonio was impolite. The room, staircase and bathroom were dirty. Nothing in the room matched. It was a really disappointing stay.

Beautiful views from the property, the property is a little dated but staff was friendly. I booked teh wrong dates by mistake and the property would not refund or change dates. Expedia got me a refund, then I was able to book at the same place for the proper nights. Moral of the story, Staff is great, ownership is not.

Upon arrival, we were first given a room with a strong smell of mold and peeling walls, clearly indicating issues with dampness and possible mold growth. We insisted on changing rooms, and the new one was much better. However, over time, we noticed a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
Much of the hotel showed signs of cheap and temporary fixes, lacking proper maintenance. Additionally, we were not asked to provide any ID upon check-in, even though this is required by law.
When it came to the tourist tax, the hotel demanded full payment even though two of our children are under 12 years old — and therefore exempt. They also insisted that the tax be paid in cash.
On the positive side, the hotel had a nice view and the breakfast was decent.

Magnifique demeure avec un service impeccable, de délicieux repas (généreux), belle piscine propre.
Nous avons rencontré Antonio qui est très sympathique ainsi que toute l'équipe qui l'entoure.
Il y a même des tortues dans un des jardins en liberté.
La vue depuis la villa est très belle également, que ce soit des chambres ou de la terrasse d'où nous déjeunions.

Lovely location with great views.
Plenty of parking. Only thing to watch is the entrance is on a bend so do use the mirror across the road when exiting.
Food was excellent. They went to a lot of trouble to cater for my wife's food allergies, which was much appreciated.
Staff were all very friendly and helpfull.
Highly recommended.
