This place is terrific! The staff is young, sharp, and well versed in hospitality. They are efficient in everything they do and they run a tight ship. They are so accommodating and helpful. We stayed in Room 30 and loved it! It also is air conditioned. Be aware you have to go up three flights of stairs, just in case your walking is compromised. You can eat breakfast on a little terrace outside overlooking the harbor. Lovely!
They will meet you with a golf cart at your car to help you with your luggage. There is an elevator for your luggage so you don’t have to carry your bags up or down the stairs. They make it as easy as possible.
If you are looking for a room in old Rovinj, we highly recommend this place!!

This is my second year in a row staying here. The staff are terrific and very friendly. They are always happy to help with any questions.
I was picked and dropped off at the ferry terminal by Dom in a golf cart. They have a beautiful breakfast each morning with an optional glass of champagne should you want one. Maya ( I hope I have her name right) was delightful and prepared a breakfast for me the night before I had to take an early ferry. Very thoughtful. The interior decor is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this as a place to come and stay and enjoy Rovinj. I don’t want to praise it too much because I want a room available when I come back again! It’s located in the bottom right of the photo I attached. It’s really a lovely place.

Petit hôtel très bien situé en plein cœur de Rovinj avec une belle vue sur la mer. On peut tout faire à pied et c’est très appréciable ! Merci à Olga et Domagoj pour leur hospitalité. Le Petit déjeuner est très bien, préparé avec soin. Une petite navette en voiturette de golf pour vous emmener à votre parking est très appréciable. Merci !

Struttura nel centro storico di Rovinj a pochi passi dalla piazza. All'arrivo il titolare è venuto a prenderci all'ingresso della cittadina e ci ha anche consigliato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. Located in the heart of Rovinj, with views of the water, this historic hotel was a delight! The staff was friendly and so attentive. Breakfast included a wonderful array of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, with coffee and eggs made to order. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. It felt like stepping back in time with all the necessary modern conveniences. If you are driving and parking your car, I recommend asking for the free shuttle. Cars aren’t allowed in the old town. But you will enjoy walking the cobblestone streets, tasting the food of Istria and exploring the many shops.

Staff was very accommodating and came looking for us 2x when our ferry from Venice was cancelled due to rough seas and we were transported by bus. Would have been tough to find this wonderful family operated hotel without them. They have a golf cart to get one from the port to their old city location. While very close, lots of twists and turns to get there.

My family stayed in the apartment which is a short walk away from the hotel. Three bedrooms & air conditioning. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms & a washing machine! Highly recommend! Perfect location - bakery right across the street.

Dom and the staff were very welcoming and helpful after a long travel day. They were able to accommodate us for one night on our way from Venice to Zagreb when other accommodations would not. They gave us an excellent dinner recommendation and were kind enough to take us to the rental car office. The Villa is well appointed and well taken care of. It has our highest recommendation and we hope to return one day and stay a bit long in Rovinj and surrounding area.

The staff was wonderful and were always available if anything came up. The breakfast was very well done. A bottle of wine was included as part of my booking and I enjoyed a couple of glasses each night while sitting on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying there.
