Dommage ce bel hôtel vieillit déjà et la propreté n’est pas vraiment au rdv.

No fresh air. Windows are sealed. Just AC and its terrible

The service was poor for an Executive room. The water wasn't going down in the shower, it overflow to the room and i called and they fixed the shower but refused to clean the water from the room. I almost fell. No towels on time. Not many options for breakfast

Was a great hotel to spend time.

This hotel has the best rooftop bar and pool in town! Sunrise view is spectacular. The spa is also amazing with beautiful area with sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi. Everything is new and the rooms are nice too! Staff super helpful and kind.

A great hotel .

The room service atrendant came to my room at 2am and ask me to pay for my meal bill . They had the option to add the bill to my room tab . This attitude is unaceptable . I did not appreciate the way i was treated . I hope management will be inform of this incident and no other customer will have to go through that kind of treatement being a guest to any hotel . I am very upset

Just nice

Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain or partition for the shower, which results in flooding half the bathroom every time you shower (see photo). Not all of the rooms are set up this way, your experience may vary. On the plus side, the view was nice and the bar and pool areas were nice to relax. This might have been a 5- star experience in a different room perhaps.

Property has a beautiful restaurant, pool, bar etc 10/10 . Very pricey , my room had an odor which was not quickly. The metal detector at the entrance was very off putting. Rooms are very small for those rates .

although i booked Airport transfer shuttle, the shuttle never made it to pick me up. The staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The towels were dirty.

On paye un prix fort pour un hotel qui ne dispose pas de navette pour l'aeroport, a la picine l'hotel ne dispose pas de serviette, douche italienne dans la chambte l'eau deborde et tu as de l'eau dans la chambre, les canapés autour de la picine sales ....

It’s noisy and lots of music There is no proper common area other than the space open to the public making it hard for customers on business trip

What is advertised on social media is not what you get. The rooms are smaller than expected, there was this weird smell, the city view is of old worn down buildings, the lagoon view is of a very dirty and trashy water, which I’m guessing is sue to pollution and not the hotel per se. We called 3 times for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but they didnt have any until someone from housekeeping came and told us the maximum was only 2 items for free per room. The drinks very good, however the food selection at the poolside bar was very limited and not so good. After the 2nd time we started going out to eat or order in the yango app. Twice we saw roaches in the hallway and there is always this weird smell when you get off the elevator. The view of the city is amazing at night both from the poolside area and the 21 st floor. For our last night we ate at the Asian restaurant on the top floor, Ayoko and everything we chose on the menu was delicious and quite affordable. Also, the staff from reception to restaurants were all very friendly and helpful especially Steve and Manath from the 7th floor and Ibrahim on the 21st floor. Overall, it was a good experience but it’s just that my expectations were a little too high especially for over $200 dollars a night.

Beautiful property, staff very friendly and accomadating. The entire establishment is extremely clean. The have various dining options, from buffet breakfast to fine dining, the food is very good

First reception contact went well, friendly. But other reception staff afterwards were not friendly and rude. Breakfast buffet was nice. Terrace is noisy and staff is slow
