My stay was amazing. The staff was so accommodating and the property was beautiful.

Food selections are not big but what you get is very good. Entire staff stands out. Very friendly. Very clean and beautiful

Lush foliage, beautiful suites and clean grounds make this resort an awesome choice for anyone who seeks sun and relaxation.

An ultimately disappointing experience in comparison to other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. The Check In The staff at the welcome desk are exactly that, welcoming. I honestly have never had a better check in experience at any resort or hotel in my life. Nothing short of an amazing front desk staff. Food The food on day one was good. The food on day 2 was similar. But that’s when it ended. Ordered Eggs Benedict with poached eggs resembling a hard boiled egg. Fish was tough and the skin soggy. The French onion soup had no crusty bread in or on the soup and no cheese melted (or in existence at all) on top. The flavor was abysmal. Panera makes a better French onion soup. Ouch. My husbands seafood soup had one piece of floating shrimp, and the flavor was bland. Food Service Slow, with food and beverages coming out after LONG periods of time. A drink ordered with dinner came out after dinner had been served. Pool/Amenities Pool was clean, with plenty of chairs and towels. The gym had several broken machines or equipment, without notices on them at all. VIP Services The $200 voucher, is several coupons toward either $10 off one of the wines in their wine cellar, $40 off a massage, or $60 off one of their exclusive dining events. Not worth it at all.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. This location is perfect for couples.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Noetry in Curacoa and the rooms are very spacious and clean and the room was very comfortable overall. We had the master suite and the living room and bedroom area was very large and it came with two balconies, which was a wonderful surprise! The room attendants kept the room very clean and there was always a nightly turn down service also. We usually ate breakfast at The Bloom and the staff and the food there was always great. A special thank you to Sjari for always taking wonderful care of us there, as well as several of the other servers! Some things on the dinner menu were good at The Bloom but other items were not that great, so we started eating dinner at the il mare at The Battellino restaurant and the food was amazing there! We were sad that we didn’t discover it sooner, but grateful that we got to enjoy it for 3 nights in a row. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Shanice and Gabrielle for their amazing service that was extended to us there as well, as it was immensely appreciated! I also need to mention Jason and Dyeon, two of the bartenders at The Flora bar, who were always very attentive and kind and made great drinks and we greatly appreciated both of their service and kindness! A special thank you to Didi at the security gate for always making us smile and for all of her kindness and her beautiful soul!

Everything was just top of the world great. If you never left the compound, you wouldn't know you were on a desert island. The palm trees and flowers will make you believe you are someplace else. The rooms are fabulous, poolside bar, pool with some privacy. Limited occupancy leaves you plenty of room when you just want to hangout. Access to restaurants and other amenities with the resort across the road which has a beach. There's a golf cart shuttle to get you there and back.

This hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. The staff is so nice and there is *just* enough to do if sitting by the pool or beach isn’t enough. Curacao is fantastic. Safe, cultural, fun!

AVOID THIS HOTEL: MISLEADING & DISAPPOINTING If you’re considering Zoëtry Curaçao for its advertised beach location, think again. The resort's 'elegant beach property' description is completely misleading—the beach shown in their profile pictures belongs to a neighboring property. Guests have to call for a golf cart to access it, making this feel more like a scam than a luxury experience. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. The staff across the property, particularly at the front desk, were shockingly rude and unhelpful. The property itself is beautiful, offering a private and peaceful setting. But the resort is small, with only two restaurants, so dining options quickly become repetitive. While the hotel looks stunning, the lack of hospitality and honesty makes it an experience we cannot recommend.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL My family and I have vacationed on many Caribbean islands, but Zoëtry in Curaçao was by far our most disappointing experience. The hotel advertises itself as a beach resort with stunning ocean views, but here's the truth: the beautiful beach shown in their profile pictures is not part of the hotel. Zoëtry does not have direct beach access—you have to request a golf cart to take you to a neighboring property’s beach. This misleading marketing alone feels like a scam. However, what truly ruined our stay was the appallingly rude staff. From the front desk, where the employees were both dismissive and unhelpful, to many of the waiters and other staff, we encountered poor service at every turn. When we brought up the false advertising about the beach, the manager brushed it off, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility to update online platforms with accurate information. On the plus side, the hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful, offering a private and serene atmosphere. Our room matched the photos online—it was clean and well-designed. Unfortunately, the property is small, with only two restaurants, which made dining options feel repetitive during our short stay. Ultimately, the lack of hospitality and the false advertising led us to leave early. It’s a shame, as the rude and incompetent service overshadowed everything else.

Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. We will definitely come back because of them!

Property was clean, green and secluded. Personal was amazing. The restaurant service was very slow and we walked everyday to sister-hotel Dreams which has a buffet style restaurant and access to the beach. We did not mind to walk or ride a golf cart to Dreams. Entertainment program at the Dreams needs to be improved

Wonderful place to stay and relax.

I like that the resort was very quiet and intimate. I had vip access through expedia and my room wasnt upgraded for free. Didnt receive my spa credits. It had 1 pool with limited loungers. Only 2 restaurants. If you want more variety of food, entertainment even the beach you can go to Dreams. Its a quick 2 min golf cart away. Bathrooms in lobby of dreams horrible. Would I go back to Zoetry...highly doubt it.

The property in really nice, quiet, VIP. Customer service excelent. Only negative is there is no direct beach access, we have to ride a cart to another property for beach access. Food can be better and also the food service at the restaurants its very slow.

The staff was excellent! The only reason I didn't give excellent all around is that the property manager didn't do his job by having the pool maintained properly and having things repaired in a timely manner. 2 years the fans in the pool bar didn't work?? That's not doing your job!
