Ivi Mare - Designed for adults by Louis Hotels

The hotel was stunning. Beautiful decor, fabulous sun loungers and lovely rooms. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and always professional. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 3.00 a.m. The lovely man on reception got a drink for us and a bottle of Prosecco, sandwiches and fruit were waiting for us in our room. The service provided at this hotel is second to none. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed at IVI Mare for four nights last week and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. From the warm greeting on arrival to the consistently outstanding service throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly lovely – nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We opted for bed and breakfast, and the morning spread was exceptional – so much choice, everything fresh, and clearly high quality. We also had lunch/dinner at the onsite Greek & Utopia restaurants, which was authentic, delicious, and well worth a visit. The photos simply don’t do this place justice – it’s even more stunning in person. We were also thrilled to receive a free upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The only downside was not booking for longer. IVI Mare is truly five-star in every sense, and we can’t wait to return.

Arrived at around midnight to a friendly welcome from the staff including a cool lemonade and a hot towel. On arriving in our room we had been left a bottle of fizz and some sandwiches which was so nice. The room was spacious and clean, we had a sea view room. each day we were provided with water and a chocolate. Breakfast was good, a buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were courteous and friendly. There was plenty of space outside to either chill on a really comfy sunbed or chairs, there were even some sunbeds by the beach. We had gone for our wedding anniversary, not that we had told them but they must have seen the cards on the side and we came back one evening to another bottle of fizz and truffles. It is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour along the coastal path but you can get the bus from outside of the hotel. We would definitely stay again

Great service and lovely staffqi

Great hotel! It is on the quieter side, if you want to just go and chill. The only thing I did not like was the fragrance machines, pumping really strong floral smells throughout the lobby (because I get migraines). But besides this, the staff, amenities and overall experience at this hotel were stellar.

Fabulous hotel, they have a great staff, always ready to help. Rooms, very comfortable. Food at the hotel very good, with various options.The only small issue are the TV channels, I know we were on holiday and we normally wouldn't use the television, but we had 3 days of really bad weather and it was impossible to go out. So it would have been nice to have something to help pass the time. However, this is just a minor point and not normally an issue. As I said before excellent hotel with excellent staff. Very convenient for Paphos just over a mile walk to Paphos harbour along beach front walkway, but has regular buses (very cheap to use) just outside the front door, to all parts of the town.

weather had been hot so air-conditioning was changed to cold prior to April, when temps dropped and it rained the rooms were cold with no way to heat them. Sat by pool and guy next to me complained every round of same drinks were priced differently. Some people waited so long to order they got up and went to the bar themselves. Ordering app didnt always work it seams. But it is right by the sea and you can spend all day watching people on the coastal path that takes you to the harbour, although quite a walk. The bus stops right outside the front of the hotel. Nice and quiet no kids which is best of all.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ivi Mare in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. Diana and Katys at the front desk were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Diana, in particular, provided us with excellent recommendations for local cuisine, vineyards, and sightseeing, which really enriched our experience. The spa was another highlight of our stay. Vasso, the spa manager, delivered outstanding customer service and ensured that both my wife and I received remarkable massages and facials. Her attention to detail and care made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. One of the things we appreciated most was how safe and walkable the area around the hotel is. We enjoyed several peaceful strolls along the seafront and easily explored nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. It made our stay even more relaxing, knowing we could enjoy so much without the need for transportation. The hotel itself is a gem—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our first visit to Cyprus memorable. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, responsive, helpful service. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Nice extras like complimentary bottle of champagne, fruit basket, cocktail party one evening. Well located in the beach.

Everyone was kind and smile

I always say that I would never stay at the same hotel twice when going on holiday. However, Ivi Mare is that good I would absolutely return and encourage others to book here. It was my first experience of Cyprus and it is certainly up there with the best experiences I’ve had on holiday. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade, although they never actually told us. We only realised when we discovered the hot tub on our balcony. You might think why would you use a hot tub in 30 degree heat but it was actually a nice way to relax in the evening. The staff were all absolutely excellent, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much hassle for them. This holiday was the perfect relaxation holiday. The hotel is adjacent to the beach. If you want to go for a swim on the sea I would however recommend walking further along the path to get to a less rocky section. The hotel is adults only which is exactly what we were after. Although keep in mind some neighbouring hotels aren’t adult only, but this really didn’t bother us. The ability to order cocktails (and food) to your sunbed, even the ones on the beach was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever drank so many Pina Coladas. The sun beds are the comfiest I’ve ever used. The food each night was excellent, by far the best buffet food I’ve had at an all inclusive, there’s plenty of choice. Myself and my partner had a massage treatment and it was absolutely worth the money. I’d highly recommend booking in for a treatment.

First time visiting Cyprus. This hotel is fantastic. We were welcomed the second we walked through the door and were well looked after during our entire stay. We especially appreciated the welcome drinks on arrival and the bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel is well maintained and is constantly kept clean. We loved the choice of restaurants within the hotel and the app made it easy to book a table, order room service and get drinks delivered to your sun lounger. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. They really made us feel special and there was no request that was too much trouble for them. Eleani at reception was particularly lovely and always greeted us and went the extra mile ensuring we had the best guest experience. We will 100% return to the hotel as the entire experience was fantastic and really gave us an unforgettable holiday

Rooms nice and spacious, no peephole in room doors so you cannot see who is there before you open it. Do not disturb sign on outside of the door is not totally under your control. Restaurant staff slow when you order drinks. ordering of drinks, room service and booking restaurant's done via an app. Spa staff rude.

This is a wonderful hotel. Since rental cars are so cheap at LCA, highly recommend getting a car since this hotel has free parking. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the room with the hot tub on the balcony is superb. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is perfect.
