Kapsalia Holiday Villas

Eine schöne Villa, die sich hervorragend als Basis für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf Zypern eignet. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, sei es für Erkundungstouren über die Insel oder einfach zum Abschalten und Genießen.

We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . This time we found there to be no cleaner for the villa and the villa needs a good clean and update the furniture and fittings are tired and old and there is also a smell when you walk into the villa . Bedding provided is thread bare and towels stained . I love the place the villas are and its such a shame to see the go this way . I personally would like to see some money spent on the villas even if it means the cost going up slightly to get the owner is money back . Sorry but until these villas are updated i personally wont be going back .

Very very dirty, had to clean myself! Bed sheets full of dust and hair, had to go back home and get our own shee0ts (we are Cypriots). Kitchen utensils covered in dust, kettle was not presentable, curtains dirty and overal there was a foul smell all over the place! Owner was notified but did not really offer a good solution, just said he felt bad🤔🤔

Overall i really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The owner of the villas is an excellent host, Very friendly and would do anything to help. We stopped in number 2 villa, The villa is very basic which we knew when we booked and i suppose this is reflected in the price. The area is very quiet and relaxing .You do really need a car to be able to get around.

Pissouri is a small village and ideal for families. It contains a bank, a small supermarket, a petrol station and a chemist. There are a number of quaint restaurants in the village square. The property was a little dated but well maintained and we have no complaints and are definitely planning to return.
