We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leonardo Cypria Bay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome – everything was smooth, professional, and full of warmth. Every team member we met was friendly, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make sure guests are happy. You can feel that they really care here. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a stunning sea view. The food was exceptional – fresh, varied, and high quality at every meal. Even as someone who prefers lighter or plant-based options, there was always plenty of choice. The location right by the beach is perfect – crystal clear water, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful sunsets. Ideal for couples and families who value comfort, cleanliness, and great service. In short: everything was perfect – the price, the quality, the vibe, and the people. We can highly recommend Leonardo Cypria Bay to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Fabulous service from the minute we checked in at reception Stefan was warm welcoming and couldn't do enough for us very professional. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Our first time at LCB and we will definitely be back for longer next time. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is in an excellent location! Convenient, with pools that are really fun to spend the day in. The hotel is incredibly clean! The entertainment team, especially Michael, are kind and very talented. The food is the hotel’s biggest problem – it’s simply not tasty and lacks variety. Don’t book all-inclusive, because it’s not really all-inclusive.

The place is great but the food needs improvement. There is no real diversity and some of the ingredients like seafood the don't write it., so if you are allergic you need to ask about it

Love everything about this place

The hotel was lovely & all staff were very nice & helpful. We arrived just after the restaurant had closed, they allowed us to skip the check-in, just gave us our wristbands & rushed us straight down to dinner. The kids nightclub & entertainment was brilliant.

We stayed at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris for my wedding with a number of our party also staying there. Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia). But other rooms did not have sufficient air conditioning and the rooms were too hot because the curtains were not lined and didn't reflect the heat; this Included our Honeymoon Suite which cost a lot of money - you could feel the heat coming through the curtains if you stood a meter away from them. This made it an uncomfortable stay and my bridesmaids and I were uncomfortably hot getting ready the morning of my wedding, we had to get the hotel to bring fans to the room. It also meant we couldn't use the balcony or enjoy the gorgeous view as we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The speciality restaurants are excellent, our favourites being the Greek and the Asian. The ladies on floors 3 (Ilina/Irina?) and 6 cleaning our rooms were fantastic too, with beautiful towel art, and helping in any way they could. The pool shop had everything you could need and at reasonable prices. We loved the chilled prosecco and lemonade that were always available in reception, this was very welcome after a day in the heat. Guest services were very helpful too.

My client really loved this hotel

The hotel itself is a 4* resort but unfortunately the food can only be classed as 3* at best. We stayed in the seaview room which had amazing views of the resort and the sea. The room itself was lovely with a large comfortable king bed. The waredrobe needs looking into as the clothes rail is so high i couldn't reach it unless i stood on the bottom of the wardrobe which is not great for safety. The pool was great if a little cold but what can you expect in April? Lifeguards are on duty from 9.30 - 6pm which is great. Also loved the swim up bar with jacuzzi. Now onto the food. I have stayed in many all inclusive resorts and i can honestly say the food here was the worst i have had. Breakfast was OK if you like the full english experience. The only fruit they had at any time were cut up oranges and banana which were turning brown at the ends. At other resorts we always have things like melon, berries etc. The snack bar at lunch was a joke. The burgers and hot dogs were awful. Pizza was inedible with just some conjealed cheese and no flavour. So off to the main restaurant which was not much better. The salads were covered in dressing and the main food was mainly the leftovers from the night before. Evening was just as bad even the themed nights were just as monotonous with poorly seasoned meats that were so dry they could have been anything. If they can get the food right this would be such a great resort but such a shame this let it down

Complexe hôtelier proposant le all inclusive. En front de mer avec de très grande piscines adaptées aux petits et aux grands. Les transats étaient facilement disponibles. Le buffet était varié et généreux. La salle était quant à elle plutôt bruyante nous avons préféré profiter de la terrasse extérieure

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Lots todo for kids. Grand children loved the resort. Loved walking along the beach each morning. The food option was great.
