Where to begin… for over $400 a night: -old contact lenses on the carpet when we first arrived -slow draining bathroom sink -50% of shower head’s holes calcified closed -no recycling bin -no garbage in kitchenette -staff was not very warm -neither TV worked. Could not connect to the Chromecast, and no cable or streaming options provided -rock hard bed, and even harder cot for our child

Don't be fooled by these people. They do not give the room you have specified, argue that the hotel is full, give you total wrong information, and then "suddenly", after some arguing, an avaiulabke room pops up. Also, the parking in the buliding is extremely expensive, they charge you up front, and it's cramped. The pool was quite OK, the training room was small, but functional.

We really enjoyed our time at the Adina apartments. Having stayed at one of their hotels in Berlin previously we knew that it would meet our needs. The staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The Adina Copenhagen is out of the centre a little bit in a quieter residential area. It is very well placed for visiting many of the local attractions. The metro/ train station is about a 10 minute walk and from there it is only a couple of metro stops to the centre. Trains run every few minutes. We would definitely return to the Adina if visiting Copenhagen again.

Great place. Quiet, and clos enough to the city centre. Nice pool. We really enjoyed being able to fix our own food. The kitchenette could have been a little more well equipped (pizza slicer, small sharp knifes, table cloth).

A beautiful new complex, just on the outskirts. Around 10 minute walk to The Little Mermaid, so it’s just on the northern edge of the city, really clean, friendly reception. The kitchenette is really useful and there is a supermarket less than a minute away. The only reason i gave it 4 stars: the pool, which was one of the reasons I booked here -often had unsupervised children. Around 3 times I went down for a swim, at different times, and couldn’t get in as kids were messing around. Other than that, really great apartments.

No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing.

Great location, close to Kastellet and the Little Mermaid and only a ten minute walk to Osterport train station, so access to the airport or a day trip north and more. There is a nice Italian restaurant across the parking lot (4.6 on Google), a small market 100 feet away, 2 other restaurants within a block or so, and a great bakery/coffee shop a block and a half away. Good coffee and pastries but even better sandwiches. Sorry to say but we didn't use the hotel restaurant which seemed to be used sparingly. We liked having the extra space in the room for a multiple night stay. The room was clean, but they only do housekeeping on stays over 3 days. It was also a short Uber ride from the cruise terminal. Uber was very convenient in Copenhagen and it had their own fleet of vehicles. The only slightly negative about the hotel would be that the trains ran close to the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

The property was wonderful, with a very convenient restaurant and grocery store nearby. We were delayed a day in our arrival, so there was some confusion when we checked in. We communicated in writing multiple times and multiple ways, but they never responded that they got our messages. But, once they figured it out, They were very pleasant! They helped us printout out boarding documents for the cruise, which was very helpful! We stayed for 5 nights before our cruise. I highly recommend them for pre-cruise accommodations.

My partner and I had a very nice time. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen and washer/dryer added a lot to the experience. It was nice to be able to buy a good dinner at SuperBrugsen and Netto and eat in on some nights. Having traveled from overseas, it was great to not worry about running out of clean underwear and the like. The in-house dry cleaning service worked well too when needed. The staff were all very nice, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The only caveat is for those with mobility issues. The bathtub/shower was difficult to get in and out of (too deep, bad placement of the rail, bad placement of the sloped bottom for lying down when taking a bath). Worst of all, there was no bath mat, which made the entire setup very unsafe. When we asked for one, the staff was very unsure how to help (it seemed to be an unusual request). We thought we’d have to go to the store to buy one ourselves, but thankfully they did manage to get one for us by the end of the day. It was still not a great situation, and I strongly suggest that Adina hire someone to specifically design a bathroom for people with limited mobility for use in at least a portion of their rooms (other places we’ve stayed at have specific rooms for that purpose). Sorry to harp so much on this matter, but it was the only major problem with what is otherwise a great facility.

Good apartment hotel, and in particular the apartment we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and worked well. The kitchen was larger than I had expected (we didn't use it, though, as we were only there for one night). Room temperature was very comfortable in spite of us staying there during a record heatwave. All common areas, hallways, reception, lobby, were very warm, though. Shared facilities were OK. The pool is fine, the gym is extremely basic. Experienced gym goers will want to look elsewhere. Changing facilities and bathrooms are a messy and doesn't seem to be kept terribly well. Breakfast is fine, though a little basic. Service was good throughout. All in all a very comfortable room, but the overall hotel amenities were a little lacking when compared to other hotels in the same price range in the city. That being said, we could see ourselves returning.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Adina Hotel in Kopenhagen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Pool, der nach einem Tag in der Stadt eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen bietet. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Ausstattung der Küche: Ein paar zusätzliche Tassen sowie etwas mehr Geschirr würden den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machen. So müsste man die Spülmaschine nicht so häufig laufen lassen, was praktischer und auch nachhaltiger wäre. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I only stayed for one night but a number of things weren’t right. The fridge door in the room was broken and stood open with a light shining from the inside 24/7. In the morning there was no warm water from the shower. This was addressed at check out. The answer was simply “that shouldn’t be the case”. I was asked at check-in if I wanted breakfast, the next morning it had not been communicated to the restaurant. A pity for the price that is being asked.
