WIDE Hotel

The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!

Just perfect! Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und es herrscht eine unglaublich nette zuvorkommende Atmosphäre! Die perfekte Location als Ausgangspunkt um Kopenhagen zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl (für jeden was dabei) - einfach alles perfekt. Jederzeit wieder!

Great location. Near restaurants and walking to Tivoli. Metro train walkable as well. We had a room with a balcony (upgraded) on the 6th floor with nice views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice experience.

mooi en schoon hotel alleen de prijs van het ontbijt kan wel wat minder €34,00 voor een ontbijtje is wel wat gortig en bij de buren een nette koffiezaak kun je voor de helft heerlijk ontbijten

Lovely large room spacious and light really nice stay

Great, friendly staff, and great breakfast variety. Excellent location to venues including entertainment and food. However, the room is much too tight and one could barely move around. A bit more space would have helped.

Great lounge with friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location. The gym was minimal. I would stay there again.

Fantastiskt bra placerat hotel mitt i centrum men utan trafikljud. Väldigt nöjd med den goda frukostbuffen. Men tyvärr så var badrummet/dush smutsigt och det gick knabbt att duscha då badrummet blev översvämmat för brunnen var igensatt. Sedan var ventilationen väldigt högljud även på lägsta inställningen, frånluften i badrummet visslade hela tiden så hade svårt att sova. Jag påpekade/visade bild på dessa problem i receptionen och fick svar att de skulle kolla på duschen men det kommer inte göra något åt ventilationen då de behöver en ventilationstekniker. När jag kommer tillbaka till rummet på kvällen så har de löst dushbrunnen men de hade INTE rengjort dushenutrummet. Så tyvärr så var självaste rummet en beskrivelse för ett 4 stjärnigat hotell. man ska inte känna att man behöver höreslpropar för att sova på grund av bristfällig ventilation. Samt att om en kund påpekar bristfällig städning och receptionen säger att det ska fixas så förväntas det väll ändå att det ska bli löst?

What a great little gem in the heart of Copenhagen. Very comfortable and clean hotel room with excellent amenities. Highly recommended!!!

The room was small, but perfectly sized for our purposes. The location was great for access to all the things you would want in Copenhagen.

This was a great find for us. The room was great, location was perfect, near to trains, metro station and Tivoli Gardens. The staff was very attentive and we would stay there again.

There are 2 hotels attached to each other using same front desk They make it perfectly clear at front desk that the Wide hotel is the less expensive option Nothing is included with your room not even coffee even though there is a complicated espresso machine in the room For the most part the front desk is either rude or clueless so not helpful Location is ideal for walking through the city our room was small but very quiet and clean

I am glad I picked this hotel, because it was among the few with AC in Copenhagen. Diring the heat wave it was a life savior. The hotel is buitifully decorated, located in the downtown, 5 minutes walk to the train station, metro, shops and good restaurants. It is around the corner from the main street, so there is no traffic around, and no car noise. There is a restaurant with loud life music across the road, but the music stops at 9 pm, and I did not hear anything inside the hotel either. The buffet breakfast is too expensive in my opinion ($40) per a person, you can find better options next door. The only bad thing I can say is a size of my room. It was designed for one person; there was no second chair at the table, and we could not sit together with my wife. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Average hotel one of 4 on same site.Others looked a bit more upmarket though they shared all amenities. Breakfast was plentiful but poor quality. Best part was location which was near city hall which was what we wanted for this visit.

The hotel is stylish and centrally located. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues during our stay, and neither was resolved. First, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, it sounded like a plane was landing and ran that way throughout our entire stay. I reported the issue in person to the front desk within 2 hours of checking in to see if it would resolve itself, I was told that someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done. Second, we paid for breakfast, but the experience was disappointing. On the first morning, at around 9:30 a.m., there wasn’t a single clean, empty table available. I asked for a refund because there was no seating and told the staff we would skip breakfast for the rest of our stay. Instead, we were told to eat in the meeting room. When we finally got food, several items, including the pancakes, had run out and were never replenished. On the second morning, we didn’t even attempt breakfast and accepted the loss. This hotel has the potential to be excellent because of its style and location, but the lack of staffing, poor follow-through, and overall customer service left us disappointed.

I stayed here in June and found it really pleasant. It's a little confusing at first, 3 chain hotels combined into one and most staff weren't very clear about how that works - different lifts for different floors. The initial welcome wasn't great, just very unclear and lacked information however, in trying to find my room and ending up on the wrong floor, I bumped into a member of staff who was much more helpful and welcoming. Besides that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a solo trip and the room size was perfect. The bed/duvet/pillows is still something I dream about. The bathroom was sensational, shower a little small but the heated floors made up for it. I didn't have any food at the hotel, but Uber Eats worked and food was delivered to my room, equally great food options available downstairs and few mins walk away. I had a drink from the bar, very nice! I'd definitely stay here again!
